I bought a 1979 Honda cb 650 to restore and did the same thing , flipped it off a ramp while unloading it by myself. I saved the bike by throwing myself under it on the way down, rupturing my biceps tendon in the process. The moral of the story is let it fall.

Ruptured my right bicep in a not so glamorous way from shoveling dirt. Doc fixed me up good as new. Guess I’m falling apart with age.

The funny thing is I had a 06, 09 zx10r and got rid of them years ago along with my sv1000s. Now, I'm starting to fill the stable with the bikes prior to 2010. Missed the old liters where it was just you and a throttle. Also a cool street cheap mod on the 3rd gens, wire the blinkers to the running lights, and put on 07 cbr1000rr mirrors.

Just bought an 07 R6 for this very reason. More power than I'll ever use and none of the extra stuff that I'll never use at a fraction of the price of a newer bike.

@@evansolomon169picked up a 03 R1 for 5500 bucks with only 13.9k miles from the original owner who bought it new back in 2003 👌, no rider aids or power modes just me and 130hp+ to the rear wheel 🥲

Wow! All in one video. Great camera shooting and the music was relaxing. Love the Bike and new plastics with that black tank is awesome. Only one thing I didn’t like on that bike, I would’ve changed my self is that green passenger seat. It conflicts color with the driver seat. Black passenger seat would really catch some eyes. I like Kawasaki green, but not too much green even if it there theme color. Excellent bike rebuild, I loved it. 🥰

Wasn’t too sure about the new tank at first. I prefer the green, but it goes with the fairings nicely. Looks real sharp! Maybe you can have a Opening Day of the riding season special where you ride all these bikes (provided you haven’t already sold them). Is that an old DR I see in the background? 😎

Ive got the 600cc version of this bike and its surprising the differences between the two. The clocks are totally different, front indicators are in the side panel and the side panel is quite a bit different too

Only a few of the fairings were undamaged, I will most likely list the fairings for sale on ebay in the future, but until then they will sit in a box on the shelf

Amazing bike that suzu tl1000 (135hp). As a F or sport tourer was impressive. I guess you were wrong to compaired it with the zx1000 that is a circuit native bike with 190hp.
