That’s great you have the discipline to work out, more and more I’m coming home mentally tired exhausted, crashing before I muster up the energy to eat or I come home feeling ravenous. On occasion I do groceries on way home just don’t know why I’m so tired. It can’t be just me. Keep it up
It’s not just you! Thought I was alone in this for so long, was really hard on myself, etc. Learned from a neurologist that we feel this way because we are burnt out from not taking enough breaks during the day. Hard to do with work/school but finding even a few extra minutes should help. Also, learning that breaks are BREAKS not opportunities to catch up on emails, run an errand, etc changed my life. This video mean i want to do it when i grow up so much because i have sister that is reall annoying and wierd and tomorrow is her birthday the February 20th because she still have to to do what my parents tell her what to do and we still have to do our chores and clean the house up and clean our room and my pittle sisters room and the living room and the kitchen and the dishes and the hall and the clothes and do the laundry and all that stuff like that

They’re more gentle on your skin than a loofah and they hold less bacteria so they’re better overall. You also replace them a lot less. I got one over a year ago and I love it
Hi Elaina, I actually have gone through the phase of using multiple products, then switched to completely natural products which are just 1 or 2 at max. I observed significant positive difference, and my skin stays really well even if I do not use even a face cleanser for weeks. I believe, "Less is more" when it comes to skincare. Plus 90% products are loaded with chemicals even if they are dermatologically tested and advised. They work well now, but the bad effects are seen later, in the long run.
i also have an app that scans all my products for harmful ingredients that I use prior to pruchasing, I appreciate the tips but i am very researched when it comes to skincare & hair care as that something I really enjoy!
