I can't believe how many awful and negative comments I just read. How can people be so jealous? I loved this night routine! I think it's phenomenal! My husband and I do the same. We do have a child and it has changed a little but we still make time to have a night routine together when our child goes to bed, so it's possible!!! Try to boil the water in a small pot with the mint in it and put a lid on it until the water boils. Your tea will look like a tiny if green cause of the mint, but it will taste a lot more like mint and if you want you can add lemon in it or honey, it's super good. It how I make my mint tea since I was little.

I can't believe there are so many negative comments here, when Mimi & Alex always try to set the best example for their viewers in terms of good habits, relationships, goals, etc. Clearly, not everything is perfect all the time but I'm sure they continually try to follow their plans, good habits, etc. I feel that since many people are used to trying to break bad habits but not being able to (because of lack of commitment or determination), they don't believe it when other people are capable of making a better life style for themselves. Honestly the best night time routine I have ever watched. It's inspiring to say the very least. London is a busy city, but you make it seem like you guys are in countryside from enjoying the walk to night bed routine. Setting flight mode is ideal as I tend to waste my sleeping time tiring my eyes looking at social media! I need to get myself some candles to set the relax mood ;) Thanks Mimixx

If I didn't shower to at least clean my vagina & butt crack before going to bed I would repulse myself. An entire day of sweating, pooping, peeing...and then just bed....nope. lol Otherwise, you're too perfect. Maybe your nether region doesn't get dirty it just smells like roses all the time. ***** I agree with you that the daily shower should not involve scrubbing the whole body or even soaping it up! I maybe exfoliate/wash my entire body once a month! But I do think it's essential to wash your crotch & arm pits everyday! This way of cleaning in certain areas is not bad, it removes stink which is important on many levels! xoxo

Healthy and Relaxing Night Routine. Sometimes i also take time to come down and meditate. i sleep way better. but some days i come home at 10 pm, eat, wash my face and go to bed.

Your videos are aspirational. Some may say it's fake, or setting the scene, but honestly, I've been married for 7 years and wish we had instilled some rituals and intentional bonding earlier. These things are nice ways to really set the tone of consciously keeping the love and connection alive in relationships- whether it be meditating together, going for a walk, or just doing something other than sitting in the same room with respective headphones in.
Love how you two are so happily and naturally aware of al the lovely good, healthy things you can do in your day, in this case in your evening routine! Really nice to see people on youtube who share that in a very normal, natural way

I started using Magnesium Oil before bed and it actually caused me to have very restless sleep. I did this for a few days until realizing the Magnesium Oil was the culprit for my new insomnia. Just wanted to share in case anyone else has recently started using it and can't figure out why they can't sleep.

light worker it is actually really bad for your skin to shower everyday. and walking doesn't necessarily make you sweat xD they weren't running. And showering twice is EVEN worse for you skin! Read it up. You're destroying the protective barrier your skin naturally has when you shower and it needs at least 2 days to build itself up again so you shouldn't shower each day maybe if you have to every second day unless you're doing sports everyday of course that makes you sweat a lot
It's so nice that you two both do the spiritual and bonding things together. I'm so spiritual and always meditating but my partner isn't. He goes to church and I go to temple but he's not a very spiritual person. We're always cuddling and talking - we never stop talking haha - so at least we have that.

The entire purpose is to sell hair extensions and a 5 minute journal that you can buy at any dollar store. It's not about "inspiring people" to live better, it's about showing off their wealth. I could go on, nitpicking many aspects of the video, but clearly people would prefer to watch this elaborate infomercial, so why bother :/

When I get home after a day, I IMMEDIATELY take off my makeup/jewelry/uncomfortable clothing. I cant believe you wait until right before you go to sleep! lol
I honestly admire that you are able to wear jewelry and make-up the whole day, also keep your nice clothes on and your hair nice. As soon as I get home, I have to jump into my ripped but comfy clothes, because as a student, I am (unfortunately) sitting the whole time in front of my computer, finishing assignments and I just cannot sit comfortably wearing my "day-clothes". I am also very talented in spilling drinks and/or food so that my nice clothes would get stained after 1 hour. How do you do that? I am trying to find a compromise (having at least nice home clothes that are still comfy), but fail miserably ..
