Don't want to be rude But i can't figure out about amc do you can't contract your muscles, or do you have no flexibility, or do you haven't enough strength in your arms? Simply, why do you have limited movements? Don't want to be rude . I'm just curious

It’s ok, thank you for asking respectfully! Basically I have weaker muscles and joint contractures. The joint contractures is what gives my joints not a lot of flexibility or no flexibility. They are basically “stuck” like that lol
