Just in time for the Nintendo Switch's five year anniversary Nintendo has released a Milestones & Rewards section in the Nintendo Switch Online where gamers can see milestones, collect rewards and earn Platinum Points. If the gamer has linked their My Nintendo account to their Nintendo Switch they will see existing points there as well as any new points on the Switch will push to the My Nintendo account. This prospect is exciting as, in addition to new digital items now available to redeem Platinum Points directly on the Nintendo Switch, Platinum Points earned on the Nintendo Switch may be used to redeem for physical merchandise on the My Nintendo Rewards Store!
