My energy ins are reading good fiction, it fills up my creative well every time, though I always seem to forget this and neglect my reading practice. And my energy outs are doom scrolling, I think, like lots of people nowadays, the temptation to pick up my phone with the entirety of the world’s information and problems inside of it is just too alluring-and 8 times out of 10 it always leaves me feeling like shit.
