More Etho lore?! Theory time! If it's true that Etho went to war and got those bionics as a result, then that means he got a bizarre past. Or it could be Ethos father that left the mansion after hearing his grown son be severely injured in the war, and he did everything he could to fix Etho but died due to radiation in making bionics. Or Etho was a robot from the beginning but wanted human parts and found the mansion owner, and you know... "borrowed" his parts. And because of that, Etho is very soft and kind instead of cold, harded machine like Glados. But hey, it's just a theory, a Etho Theory! Thanks for reading!
Honestly that will be a good lore for etho's past, like he was a war veterans and got hurt badly in the process after that he got turned into half cyborg but at the cost of amnesia and coma for many years

My theory was that Etho was turned into a cyborg when he was a toddler(maybe kid or baby) because as we saw in the Infinite Ethobots video; there was a kid version of Etho which most likely came from the past so he must have gotten into an accident for that to happen(or an experiment that failed horribly wrong that he ended up in the front lines of war) or he was captured when they were invading the lab

*Plot twist:* Ethobot was actually the keeper of the mansion and just forgot about everything because of the surgery he had to take from the damages he got from the war. That is why Etho had a feeling that the mansion was safe because he used to live there and a secret part of him knew that the maid would help him and his friends and let them stay the night. The maid was correct the whole time and knew it was her master who came back... but she didn't know that her "master" was now a different person... (Edit) This is a joke and not actually true, I just said this because it was a theory lol!
