Hello Brooke, I watch a lot of your videos and enjoy sharing your adventures (love sweet Pippa), but on this video I was very interested in the Bluetti that you introduced to us and I tried to order it and what a mess! I called the 800 number for help to order the product and the customer service agent said the product isn't even available until the end of the month and said there is only a discount to Military and Nurses (I need to add I am elderly and technology challenged), but if that is the customer service I would receive after a purchase I would not want to buy any product from Bluetti. Thank you for sharing you adventures and I wish you and Pippa a lot more happy adventures!! Also very happy that you have this nice travel trailer, love it!

My trailer is ZAMP wired for solar BUT it doesn’t have a built in charge controller. So I’ve got to make sure my panels have one. I currently have ECOFLOW which so far so good but I’d love to definitely get this! Thanks Brooke!

I got the AC180P, I considered the AC200 but it was much heavier and cost twice as much, I decided the AC180P was the sweet spot. I can use it like a UPS but it keeps it at 100% all the time which may not be the best, my plan is to plug a power board when the mains fails. Pippa has cordless charging.

30 amp to 15 going into Bluetti, is that safe? I want my air conditioner even if it is for short periods.

It could be the colors are backwards due to the fact that if your prewired camper is zamp they(zamp) reverse the polarity in the camper

FYI, my husband and I live in Florida and have debated buying a generator for the occasional hurricane or tropical storm that takes our power out. Either couldn't afford it or got too busy to look for one. Now have the Bluetti and one panel in the cart. Do you find having one solar panel is enough? I mean, mine will mostly be plugged in to charge, but I have occasional need for that solar panel - especially if we have extended power outages.

Solar can be wired in series or parallel. Thats why your are wired red to black

I’m confused about the User Manual stating that the AC180 must be grounded. Not clear why the grounding cable 14AWG wasn’t included. I’m feeling a kid on Christmas Day without the batteries for the new latest & greatest must have toy. Would love it if someone would pipe in with whether or not you use one, and if it voids the warranty without having one. Thanks.

Just ordered, but it was only $20 off, not 20%. It was $779 instead of $643.20😞 Also, read another comment about pre-ordering, but shipping said about 5 days. Do you know if they are shipping right away, only reason I ordered was to have it before the 4th of July. Bummer, it wasn't 20% off your total, it was only $20 off the AC180 only. Can they correct that after the order to make it a full 20%? I'll be calling them tomorrow. You know, your last video was so disheartening and disinspirational for me that I’m not going to say anything when I probably should try somewhat more. I see something coming and I’m not saying anything, because of filters and algorithms. It’s pointless. Nobody wants to hear it so I don’t care anymore. “You do you, I’ll do me,” is how I think now. I think I’m actually off the hook thanks to filters and algorithms. lol thanks for confirming what I felt in my gut already and saving me so much mental anguish and time (which is such a valuable concept to me). Now I know where I should clearly put it all into. Moi. I mean, why bother if you know no one’s going to listen, right? It’s all about filters and algorithms. Honestly, I don’t personally owe anybody anything so I actually shouldn’t fret over anybody. Who am I to them and who are they to me? Nobody. I just wanted to let you know you really actually did take a load off me. It’s everyone for themselves. Understood. I’ve actually had a couple visions come true, but I’m going to keep the rest of my visions to myself because, filters. And I do have to look out for myself, first and foremost apparently. I don’t need everybody grabbing the same crayons I’m going for if you know what I mean. 😂😅
