wow it crazy i’m new to the ioc gang i guess eleven months is still new to me but i was tld less you wash your locs the better it is it so confusing cause you won’t the right answer i heard once a months you supposed to wash your locs so i’m surprised cuz i wash videos i see ppl don’t wash that often idk

I didn't wash at all for the first month and then every two weeks after that, up until a year. Then I started washing weekly. Back then, I barely touched my hair during the loc'ing process. When I started touching it more, I moisturized weekly and did a lotttt of braid outs.
I say after. I usually do my leave-in mist first after washing my hair, then add my oil and let my hair air dry. My hair is low though, so this is why.

You can make your own. Boil water, turn off and put your fresh rosemary in the water and let steep. Strain and use. For longevity keep in refrigerator.
