Definitely a classic, a must watch here at 1-3 times a year 💪🏼😎💪🏼

On the real homie , u made me look at this movie from a totally different view . I still think that a lot of the acting was hell of corny but the way u just broke it down totally let me get a deeper view of the movie . U know how sometimes the book is better than the movie . Funny how people see “blood in blood out” as real OG gangster movie,.. I always thought of it as a spoof on “American Me”..

That "I don't want to fight you little brother" was the best scene fr. He went in all angry and when confronted he couldn't bring himself to fight his little brother. Then there is Cruz who had always been the peacemaker and gentle soul. Now he is the angry one who is looking for conflict.

Btw his pops was still alive when they forgave Cruzito. They just didn't show him right away

Really good video 👍 but the one thing I want to mention is the relationship between miklo and magic because how you see in there first scene together that magic gives miklo no respect at all basically finds him a joke besides the fact he killed one from of his younger homeboys outside but with proceed of the movie you can see how magic recognized that miklo becomes tougher and much more smarter in what he does which ends in the result that magic decides for himself that miklo would be a better boss as El Mero Mero I would love to see more from them two together in the movie

Theres a fan theory out there that Big AL was actually half chicano just like miklo. If you notice Big AL wasnt a member of the aryan vaguard they allowed him to click up with them but he was paying for protection, why would you have to pay ur own people for protection?
