as a prince of life (same classpect as lanque woo) i find the occasional doom segments oddly poetic bc even if life and doom are opposing aspects in the end they're just two sides of the same coin, and my classpect happens to be a pretty good example of such an idea. princes ghost their opposite aspects. in my case, i may act more like a doom player than say, a life player. my abilities generally go against the concept of life (growth, positivity, etc.) and they're ironically more like the doom aspect's abilities (death, negativity, etc.) due to my class' tendencies to destroy life. with life, there is death (doom). without life, there is no death (doom). opposing aspects sort of cancel each other out / add more to each other, sort of akin to something like a yin-yang. there is good in bad, there is life in death, and vice versa. anyways i love this edit and the transitions and the everything so much please make more you gained a sub BYE
it was intentional because having a prince and two thieves (who indirectly enhance the opposite aspect) itd be a crime to not reference doom thats why i put lanque right before and condy right after those segments edit: actually i find prince and mostly thief of life as my most accurate classpects because of that
i could see a prince of life having some sort of ability that allows them to make someone hyperactive, filling them up with so much life that they burn themselves out and down to the bone, making them doomed at life's touch. they could probably place this hyper active state upon themselves, albeit at the cost of their own life, a price a more negative prince of life might find agreeable. god-tier princes might be able to endure this state for quite some time, and because their aspect is life, they'll inevitably recover, while those just starting out really run the risk of exploding from excessive life energy due to not knowing their own limits. all princes of life would use this ability to exclusively kill shit, probrably mostly really big living shit? like an apex predator bumping lions, tigers, elephants, polar bears, rhinos, hippos and crocs/alligators down the list. their presence in any given area means that food chain is fucked. or just straight up removing the life from people's bodies all at once, blatantly killing them. people with stronger lifeforces might be able to resist this and not die, like Aranea "resisting" Dirk's ability, but the weaker ones will expire quickly. depends on how strong the prince is. think apoptosis, but to all of their cells all at once, draining the youth and vitality from their bodies until they're husks. you're not getting away from this unscratched unless you're a literal ghost. really sadisitic princes of life could possibly tweak their abilities in order to cause someone to stop healing, regenerating or recovering from damage. that cut you got last week? still there and now infected. that leg you broke last year? still broken and only getting worse, even after being set in a cast. find yourself dying from the common cold? doctors can't determine why your immune system isn't fighting back. they probably recreationally hang out in graveyards, as their presence around the living signals the ultimate destruction of said living, also because they have a lot of dead friends there. they could be social pariahs, seen by the living as a curse upon their time on earth. reapers who stand by the deathbed of those already on their way out. they're the most lifeless princes, kept alive by their aspect as a means of fulfilling their royal duties.
I like your interpretation, it mixes well a very active prince of life, and it's funny because I can and I don't relate to you, I'm a maid of doom, a being made and creator of futility, while the player of life try to make an effort in life, making dont will always traslate to sucess, and for some people, is win or die, i cant never see life as something that worth,because it mean give more value to a thing that actually it worth(trying to dismiss experience that make you,in favor of some boxin moments),"live as you wish as long you can accept the result" it how i think, and by allowing that true being share i can help heal impotency,as meaning is only give due to care. you are who you are mena to be, not only for the good time,but also the bad one,and being you it something beutiful.

Damn, what a fantastic AMV! It sometimes feels like people use popular songs like "My Ordinary Life" flippantly in their edits, but I feel like it really fits for some of the Homestuck life players and the aspect as a whole.

I have counted 4 other life players. Including me (Knight of Life) that makes 5 so far. One Unstated class, one Prince (never a good thing to have in a session), one Rouge (not thriled on the idea of steeling others life but "steling for others" I'll ally with), and one Thieth.

I'm trying to create a Life OC, but I'm having hard time to distinguish Life aspect from Blood one. Can some ppl here with Life aspect please share a word?
blood players are more concerned about social acceptance, commitment, promises and society life players are more concerned about progress, empowerment, and wellbeing a blood player would help people become stronger because they love people a life player would forcefully empower others because they cant stand seeing others doing things wrong basically, blood players actually are down for teamwork life players are simply perfectionists who wont stand someone being dead weight edit: of course theres more about these aspects, but thats a comparison about how they behave with other people, since they are totally different about everything else
as an extra note: while blood players are usually connected to work and social positions, life players are more connected to wealth and status so if the design of your life OC shows jewelry, muscles, or anything that makes others envy them, youre already winning same with hobbies, like cooking, exercise or gardening, referencing life’s growing motif
