tried baking jollof rice in the oven. It worked! thanks for the recipe. I'm always having to scrape the burnt rice at the bottom of the pan with the stove, but with the oven I can relax a bit and there are less burn marks in the baking dish. Gonna use this technique
Hi Kwankyewaa, just sharing my method. I usually bake at 400F for an hour and stir it the first time... I then reduce it to 375 and after 45 minutes is done... Thanks for sharing and I am glad your channel is doing well... much love

Basmati rice comes out good for jollof when it fresh but after it looks dry for me I don’t know why.... any idea? It perfect for white rice I will try this method for the oven jollof I b love the baking of the goat meat I do that
