As much as I truly appreciate your time and energy - the fairy who washes her hair in waterfalls sort of vibe - I would have to start getting ready for bed at 5.30pm to fulfill this routine lol. So do you just leave the oil in your hair the following day or wash it out when you wake up? I've read alot about leaving in oils without washing out can lead to more dryness of the hair and scalp? Are you on any hormonal contraceptives by any chance? When I was on the pill or implant my hair was falling out like crazy. The Dr's didn't know what was wrong it was only when I told my hairdresser that she suggested it might be that and it was! So switched to copper coil. I can't have any hormones it just makes my hair fall out! It might not be that but just putting it out there as I know how frustrating she confusing it can be. I hope you find a solution 🙏

If you’re interested in polishing your nails, please check into Piggy Paint “Natural as mud”. It’s one of the cleaner ones I’ve found but it’s truly difficult to find a decent polish. Their customer service department was very kind and helpful with questions. I had wanted to ask, what brand of deodorant do you use? I’m having difficulty finding a holistic one that actually works.

Don't you start having headaches? When I was a teen I had long hair too, almost to my butt. My hair is already thick and I have A LOT. With times everytime I was washing my hair I had a headache and pain in the neck. Then, I cut them when I was around 20 yo and felt an enormous pain relief. Since 9 years, I always maintain a length that will not cause me pain. It's now almost in my mid back and I need to cut it soon. Anyone who had the same problem?
