Very good explanation of insurance claiming process. Really it will be very useful for everyone. Had some negative comments about Acko while wanted to choose it, but seems comparatively Acko is also good. As you said, car dealers are insisting to take the policy from them for every year and as customer we want to have smooth claiming process if there is any so that we choose them instead of choosing online portal. Also u have said clearly about the car owned service centres about their service (only water wash) is fact. Good to know about third party garage for servicing and gone thru lot of quality checkings by Acko is good for customers. Hope, Acko will improve the negative points about taking claim complaint process. One more good point is Acko accepts zero depreciation cover for more than 5 years old vehicles while others not providing these facilities.
