I love the sun! I found a few bracelets filled with charms at a pawn shop close by and they are breaking the bracelets up and I'm going in and buying quit a bit if them bc they are doing 40% off. I'm so excited. I don't have any shine pieces. There are a few gold solid charms that I will get. You have so many beautiful designs. Very nice!

@@pandora-panda the gold charms are the 14k spacers so I'm hoping to get them and another is the topaz charm. It has the three or four oval topaz stones. I think you have one of them and others but I'm excited for the topaz and spacers. I will put a video up when I get them.

Also, I agree with you when you said that "all Shine" might be too much, I think they need some silver in between to "calm down" the bracelet... 😉 All the 🐝 bie 🐝 related pieces are beautiful, after seeing yours today, I now regret not getting the ones available on Rue lately... 🙃 But I used so much money anyway... 😬🙃😂 The key pendant is also on my wishlist ! 😍 It will be interesting to see if the new 14 carat plated ones have the same color of the gold, so that they match the old 18 carat ones... 🤔
Hi Brit, I was really drawn to the initial theme that Shine was introduced with. When they went on sale I decided to take the plunge. I was just thinking that other than C3PO all of my gold plated items were discounted. I do think they are pricey for being plated. The bees and honey enamel, grains… love that theme 💗 I totally understand having to make buying decisions. Rue is so tempting with all its selections. I hope you find the key pendant 🤞 I think the 14k is supposed to be a little less bright than 18k, I just hope it wears as well or better 😊

You have a very nice collection of the Pandora shine - I think I can remember when you were hesitating about getting any (or was it the rose gold ). I am always curious how well gold plating holds up but as you said does depend on so many individual factors and also on the amount of plating that is added to the actual jewelry, I didn't realize that the middle core was a palladium layer but perhaps it helps to bond the gold plate. I wish Pandora would list the gram weight of silver in all their pieces.
Hi Rosie, thank you for your comment. I did hesitate on getting Pandora Shine, but I really loved the themes. I still think it’s a little overpriced for being plated but on reflection I don’t think I have purchased any charms full price, other than C3PO, I think most have been 50% off. I too wish Pandora would list the weight. Trollbeads does that and I find it so helpful and I refer to it quite often when looking at beads. Have a great weekend!

I've always loved your shine/grains bracelet it really works well. And the simi duplicatea with the other showcasing the bee charms very pretty. I really like the clips the sparkle one with different shades and the twisted one they are very beautiful and stylish I could only seem to catch Rue with just one of them at a time 😂😂 Even though this is plated they are very pricey so finding them on sale is definitely a plus. Thanks ReRe, it was the theme that first made me buy Shine, it’s so perfect. Of course I had to get some duplicates as insurance in case the first charms didn’t wear well 😂 I think C3PO was the only charm I bought regular price to get the bangle, but I’m pretty sure all my other pieces were 50% off. Which is still pricey considering it’s plated. I think I won’t be adding anymore plated charms, unless there’s a theme that grabs me again. I hope the new 14k plating formula is either the same or even improved. It wasn’t necessarily the Pandora Shine I was first drawn too. But loved the theme and then talked myself into buying it when on sale. Have a great weekend Sharon!

You have quite a collection of Pandora Shine! And looks like they are wearing well for you. I was so tempted to get the grains bangle in shine but even in sale it was just so expensive. I feel Shine is quite expensive for what it is (frankly Pandora in cerebral is very expensive) but you have done a great job getting these items on sale. As for repeats, it it makes you happy then that’s what counts! I agree, Pandora should do more of the ball adjusters on their necklaces. It gives us so many more options for the necklace length. I totally agree Aali, the Shine is still really expensive considering it is plated. I was really drawn to the theme and so made the decision to add the pieces to my collection. I don’t think I paid regular price for any Shine other than C3PO, I think they were all mostly 50% off. Yes my repeating enamel sun and honey charms really make me happy. I feel like having two each is insurance 😂 in case one suffers some wear damage. So far so good though. Have a great weekend too 😊
Hi, I totally agree on the dangle butterfly. I had to rehome it. The heart and bee, seeds of elegance clip, and the scattered sparkling clips are on my wish list. Oh the mountain flower. My favorite bracelet is the last bracelet. Perfect for a country lover, sunshine, open fields, etc. Have you tried to lightly pass the polishing cloth on the shine chain. Or soak in soapy water for 5 to 10 minutes. XO
Hello! I’m thinking my butterfly might meet the same fate as yours 😉😁 I’ll try to see if I can clean up the Shine necklace a bit using the polishing cloth. I still don’t own the Pandora cleaning solution but that might work too. But it’s time to rehome a few items that are just sitting around. Got to make room! 😂
@@pandora-panda Some charms we buy and love but then when it comes to styling, it's a completely different story. I'm trying so hard to look at the charms in store and think about at least 3 different styling options, like different themes it can go on. It is difficult. As for the shine necklace, polish lightly, not with the pink/white though. Let it soak, then just wash between your hands with Dawn, rinse in cold water, pat dry and polish again. Sometimes it needs to be done 2-3 times. Rehoming, yes I have to again as well 😕 Send me some pics. XO
First of all I'm going to say that I love your last 2 bracelets. I hope you don't mine me suggesting though that you could swap a few pieces around if you did want 2 different themes. The one could be grains and suns mostly with no bees. You could have the button style rays charms both at the front. And the second one could be bees with the other pieces. I always regret that I didn't get 2 honey pots with the enamel and 2 rays with the enamel. I do use these as pairs but I've never though they are a perfect balance because of their shapes. As far as your grain necklace goes, have you tried looping the chain like you would with a cord necklace. I did that with a chain instead of a cord on my tt wreath flower pendant. It might help it to sit better. Also I like the job the pandora cleaner does with rose plating so maybe it would be better than regular cleaning on the necklace. Like I said your designs are amazing. Only try the changes I suggested if you don't want two with the similar front. I love the use of the muranos. I really wish I bought those white and shine muranos now that I have a few muranos. They are truly beautiful. Hopefully you will find another one day. The one in the middle works well though. Thanks for sharing and take care.

I just love love love that honey enamel and shine, it makes me so happy. The grain necklace is definitely a regret. Can you believe that I still don’t own the Pandora cleaner. I have a moment's bracelet, leather with the shine end, and essence bracelet. Can add my bee petite to the mix too. Also earrings and necklace that all tie in. One of my favourites to wear. We are still waiting for the builder to finish and give us a date. Other dates have come and gone. Unfortunately my recording gear is packed.
So i purchase the first line of pandora shine played gold. I never wore it. Stored it as directed by pandora! In months it was ruined. It’s all black and there is nothing I can do to fix it. I called pandora for warranty help and they refused. A $500 bracelet, trash!! I’m so frustrated! I see others not even take care of their plates jewelry and it’s fine. I’d what to do! I’d rather just fine a way to remove the plating and have it all be one color 😢 please help!
Hi Destinee, sorry for the late reply as I missed your comment. I would try taking the bracelet in to a Pandora store and see if they can help. If you don’t have a local store maybe try the Dawn dish soap and then polish. Keep repeating if it makes a difference. I hope it works for you!
Really considering a Pandora gold cuff bangle as I prefer the 14k. I had a Pandora moments charm bracelet from a few years ago and the charms sliding on it has dulled the finish a lot. I hope the bangle cuff without charms will last longer!
Hi Kiara, all of my gold plated charms look fantastic, they have not turned. Having said this, I’m really careful with them and keep them away from oils, perfumes, etc. also I don’t polish them when I clean them
