Kabhi bhi anxiety, depression and panic attack ho toh psychiatrist ke paas jaane se pehle apna vitamin deficiency test doctor se karwa lena chahiye, kyoki vitamin D,vitamin B12,magnesium, potassium ki deficiency se bhi same symptoms hotey hai....

In 2017, when I was traveling from my hometown to Pune, I encountered a profoundly challenging experience. As an IT professional working in an IT company, I had come home for a holiday. Throughout the journey, my mind was burdened with various personal concerns-my family, my job, and more. I arrived in my room around 1:00 am, but couldn't sleep as I suddenly started experiencing severe palpitations. Being alone in the room, I was unsure of how to handle the situation. The palpitations intensified until 3:00 am. I managed to get them under control, but they resumed soon after. It was the most challenging night I had ever faced. By 5:00 am, out of desperation, I went outside and started running along the road until 8:00 am, covering nearly 20 km. Fortunately, I recovered from that episode. This experience taught me the value of yoga, exercise, running, and even walking in managing such crises. Since then, I have maintained a routine of walking 6-8 km daily without any excuses. Now, at 35, I am doing well in my life. This incident is a reminder that panic attacks can strike anyone, even those who are healthy. The key is to remain calm and proactive about physical health.

@@umernaeem6549 I did inner engineering online of sadhguru. It is a meditation course that you can do from your home. In this course there was a meditation called chit shakti meditation for peace. I practiced the meditation. It has immense effect on mind. I truly suggest you to do that

@@ShivaSen-kv9fq Thank you for your reply Bhai. During covid I started having panic attacks. As a result, I got my blood pressure shut up. Now I'm taking blood pressure medicines only for precautions. My anxiety medicine in a very minor dose of 25 mg is started. Though I'm in my full control but sometimes I am feeling very helpless.

Yoga Deep breathing karo .. dheere se koshish Karo band karne ki dawai ko..mujhe abhi 15 din ho gye dawai Lena band kr diya hai .. aur himmat to hamesha rakhna hi hai . Bhai meri anxiety ka level bohot kharanak tha har time lagta tha ki meri death ho jayegi . Uske bad depression to aur bhi bhayankar hua ...saans lene ka pura pattern bigad gya tha .. aur bhi bohot cheeze hoti thi .. par abhi ekdam thik ho gya hun . Time dena padta hai ise

I had stopped going out of house due to panic attacks. When my therapist told me that worse might happen and my last chance was to either fight or flight.I started fighting with my mind whenever a negative thought came in my mind i immediately did a counter attack.

Negative thoughts overcome to your body. When you internally find you have no one with you to stay strong with you. Find someone. If all the world goes moron and noboyd is ready to listen to you. आप अपने भगवान को सुनाए, हर रोज मंदिर में जाए उनको सुनाए, वो ना सिर्फ सुनेगे बल्कि सोल्यूशन भी देंगे।

I had Chronic Anxiety, Panic Attack & Cardiophobia. Mujhe Lagta tha ki Mujhe Heart Attack ho jayega. I rushed to Emergency Room several times. And there is nothing wrong in ECG, TMT etc Tests. After that I got 2 years of PTSD , DPDR. Now when I look Back, I LAUGH at My stupidity. But Those days I was under overwhelming stress and Symptoms were Real

For me Writing down my worries! & emptying my Mind Worked well. It's tough, but you must Navigate through it. Reduce screentime, I reduce Comparison with others. Started accepting life's uncertainty. Takes time but then resolves on it's own. Definitely it's not permanent. Stop Worrying

@@KaranSingh-bs4mr Chest mein Sensation Nahi Hota hai Abh. Wo MERA anxiety se Aa Raha tha. Anxiety "Fear" se aata Hai. Mujhe laga ki itni baar Chest pain ho kar bhi mein Zinda hun. Agar sach mein Heart problem hai toh mein Mar gaya hota. Toh waha se mera PHOBiA khatam hogaya.

Panic attack are worst, i have been through these.They can kill your happiness, social life, physical life. Never take medicine you will become used to it. Try to find the reason and face it. Thats only the solution.

Talk to psychiatrist. Sometimes hormonal imbalance hota hai baht logo ka.thyroid and all .consult and check ur blood.its simple.baht sari chij biological imbalance hota hai.issliye mood swing ,depression hota hai

Am from Mauritius 🇲🇺 🙏🏻 & The feeling of anxiety & panic attack ( panic disorder) is the horrible thing that can happen to anyone 😢 am experiencing it since January 😢 & he's right when that panic attack comes in your ready to end everything but if there's someone near you, talk or Keep walking around or eat a mint gum & this disorder has come to something now that i need to see a physiatrist soon.

I am also suffering from a panic attack issue and the worst thing I did was after having a panic attack I ran away from my house and came back after 20 hours becoming normal and yes its true lots of negative thoughts come into your minds like killing those people who hurt you made fun of you basically tortured you mentally. But now it's rare I am having a panic attack like once in a month it took me years to heal.

How it feels when panic attack hits only the one who suffers can understand…I suffered from this distressing conditions for 8 long years…untill my 3rd year of mbbs when I was diagnosed with panic disorder…people should be aware of this!!

I am going through this phase, age 40 and highly successful but relatable. First time it happened I cried. Imagine drowning in water - that fear multiply 10x and it is continuous. Medication helps but what is imp is counseling and knowledge.

Found this video something super relatable as I been through it all suicide, depression, anxiety, overthinking 24x7 , pain attack but to get out of this is actually super challenging and it’s rightly said only we talk on what’s going in our minds instead of bottling it up all in I head so that we don’t get judge will only make it more worse for us.

I am being in anxiety phase since 2 years and i have faced panic attack and it kept on repeating in episodes. And it felt so bad such weird emotions that can't be explained. Its a constant emotion or feeling like i am going to die every second each breath feels hard. You can't even understand what's happening. Luckily i came across this you tube channel name called Shaan Kassam he himself have went through all the phases of anxiety and he recommended two books and he makes videos strictly on anxiety that it helped a lot i mean really it does helped me a lot get better and get over it once end for all. And during this recovery journey life changed in a good way.

Go to a psychiatrist . Doctor 2 tablet start krega or kuch test krega .... 2-3000 ka kharcha hai ... Suru me dwai kaam krne me 20-25 din lgta .... Toh ek hi doctor ke paas se ilaaj krwana hai uska treatment follow Krna ... Sbse acha AIIMS me psychiatrist kr paas dikha lo

Yeh sab karo: -Meditation (seekh lo nahi aati toh) kam se kam 20 minute daily -Running ya Brisk (Fast) walk at least 1 ghanta daily -Apna koi ek interest wali field me jao aur usme paise kamane ke liye kya kar sakte ho socho. Dimag busy rakho 24/7. It should only be inactive once you sleep. Aur yeh nahi ek din kiya thoda better laga toh chod diya. ROZ karna hai. Mann ho ya na ho, agar better feel karna chahte ho toh.

Sir me apni job ki preparation ko lekar bhot ambissios thi to meri bhi anxiety level high tha jo muje khud PTA nai tha uske baad 2017 se muje panic attack aane lage jeke saas naa le pana, chest me jabardast pain, pasina aana, irritation, bolneme dikkat, chest me bhari pn lagna, pith me bhi dard hona, muscles tense ho jate the , hath pair thande pad jate the pr bhot strong thi to jyada dhyan naa deke aise hi apna routine chalaya 2022 me Jake usi anxiety or panic attack se me jabardast depression me chali gai 3 mahine baad PTA chala ke me depression me hu tab tak roti rahi nind nai aati thi brain me pain jese abhi fat jayega. Negative thoughts or restless bs muje samaj nai aata tha kya karu 1 saal treatment se achchha ho gya treatment ke sath meri sadi bhi ho gai thi ... treatment band kari uske baad me pregnant Hui to firse mood kharab rehna chid chada pn hone laga pr muje lga pregnancy symptoms hai sabne wahi samjaya phir me thake 4th monthme Dr. Ke pass gai usne bola phycriatrics ko dikha do sare symptoms depression ke hai phir se dwa Suri ki .....or sayad panic attack or anxiety se bhanak hota hai depression.....mereko bhi kbhi suicidal thoughts nai aaye the ...azib lagta tha ke log kyu suicide karte hote hoge pr haa depression ne muje bhi bhot baar majbur Kiya ke life khatam ho gai hai mar hi jau ...abhi to dwa duaa or pregnancy job bs umid pr chal rahi hai ki kal sayad dwa bhi band ho jayegi or me thik ho jaugi

One advice as a brother m giving u pls don't trust ur allopathy docs blindly.....they also don't know the root cause ...bs different medicine se different symptoms ko supress krte h....do running if not possible then yoga or even pranayam alone will kill ur 80% diseases....n this is from my personal experience.....also u may use some ayurvedic medicines to boost ur energy level on all three -body,mind, emotions

Terminalia arjuna kwath is a great medication to reduce tou baseline anxiety. Once that is established you can understand the source of anxiety and avoid these triggers.

The whole episode was great... But you missed one very very very very very very important aspect.... Wrong or bad psychologist aka narcissistic psychologists out there who could make your mental health worse.... I happened to seek help from such a person and my whole life destroyed ... Finally it was my second psychologist who really helped me and opened my eyes that there could be even psychologists who are NPD or BPD who feed out of their patients for their grandeosity ..... Just like a cardiac specialist with heart disease..... Then my whole mindset transformed for good.... Until I was under this old Narc psychologist my mental health got worser and worser to the point of my soul being sucked out and made me feel so wrong of living this life.... This is very true... Please consider addressing this aspect in your upcoming episodes...

I have been facing panic attack since 6 years till 4 years I didn’t get that what happening with me but last one year I got that it’s just a negativity whatever thoughts came in ur mind during panic attack immediately encounter your negative thought n convert into positivity it would gone or just wake up in reality kill your fear don’t fear from anything bcoz at the end everyone gonna die so live your every sec go wid flow don’t overthink go to the neurologist for therapy or counselling……..now I’m totally normal like how was I before 😊
