Previously the Habanero powder was sprinkled on the cooked chicken but a few yrs ago the Habanero powder got mixed with the batter. There's a difference in flavor as the powder got cooked while before it wasn't and that bit of burnt flavor transferred to the cooking oil for the next batch of fried chicken. Was #59 in the Jollibee grand opening line up on Calgary Trail location.
