MY PAST SINS ARE HAUNTING ME

Down below I’ll put some remembrance of God through zikr with that can be beneficial to all of us إن شاء الله. 1.There is not any slave of Allah who commits a sin, then he perfects his ablution and stands to pray two rak'ah of prayer, then seeks Allah's forgiveness, except that Allah will forgive him. Source: Abu Dawud 2/86, At-Tirmizi 2/257 2.I seek the forgiveness of Allah the Mighty, Whom there is none worthy of worship except Him, the Living, the Eternal, and I repent to Him(Allah will forgive him even if he has deserted the army's ranks.) ‎أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ الَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ إلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ القَيُّومُ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيهِ Astaghfirullaahal-'Adheemal-lathee laa 'ilaaha 'illaa Huwal-Hayyul-Qayyoomu wa 'atoobu 'ilayhi Source:Abu Dawud 2/85, At-Tirmizi 2/569 and Al Hakim 3.The Prophet (SAW) said: "Whoever says: "Glorified is Allah and praised is He" one hundred times a day, will have his sins forgiven even if they are like the foam of the sea". ‎سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ Subhaanallaahi wa bihamdihi Source: Al-Bukhari 7/168 Muslim 4/2071 4. The Prophet (SAW) said: "Whoever says: "None has the right to be worshiped but Allah alone, Who has no partner. His is the dominion and His is the praise, and He is Able to do all things" ten times, will have the reward for freeing four slaves from the Children of Isma'il". Arabic text: لَا إلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ Laa 'ilaaha 'illallaahu wahdahu laa shareeka lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu wa Huwa 'alaa kulli shay'in Qadeer. Source: Al-Bukhari 7/67 5.The Prophet (SAW) said: "Two words are light on the tongue, weigh heavily in the balance, and are loved by the Most Merciful One is: "Glorified is Allah and praised is He, Glorified is Allah the Most Great". ‎سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ وسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ Subhaanal-laahi wa bihamdihi, Subhaanal-laahil-'Adheem Source: Al-Bukhari 7/168 6.The Prophet (SAW) said: For me to say: "Glory is to Allah, and praise is to Allah, and there is none worthy of worship but Allah, and Allah is the Most Great" is dearer to me than all that the sun rises upon". ‎سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ، وَالحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ، وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ Subhaanallaahi, walhamdu lillaahi, wa laa 'ilaaha 'illallaahu, wallaahu 'Akbar. Source: Muslim 4/2072 7.The Prophet (SAW) said: "Is anyone of you incapable of earning one thousand Hasanah (rewards) in a day?" Someone from his gathering asked: "How can anyone of us earn a thousand Hasanah" He said: "Glorify Allah a hundred times and a thousand Hasanah will be written for you, or a thousand sins will be wiped away". ‎سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ Subhaanallaahi Source: 4/2073 8.The Prophet (SAW) said: "The most beloved words to Allah are four:Glorified is Allah,(1)The praise is for Allah,(2)There is none worthy of worship but Allah,(3)Allah is the Most Great".(4) 1)سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ(2)وَالحَمْدُ للَّهِ (3) وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ(4)وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ ‏Subhaanallaah,(1)Walhamdu lillaah,(2)Wa laa 'ilaaha 'illallaah,(3)Wallaahu 'Akbar. (4) Source: Muslim 3/1685 9. The Prophet (SAW) said: "Glorified is Allah the Most Great and praised is He. Will have a date palm planted for him in paradise ". سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ وبِحَمْدِهِ Subhaanallaahil-'Adheemi wa bihamdihi. Source: At-Tirmizi 5/511 10. The Prophet (SAW) said: "O Abdullah bin Qais, should I not point you to one of the treasures of Paradise?" I said: "Yes, O Messenger of Allah". So he told me to say: "There is no power and no might except by Allah". لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ Laa hawla wa laa quwwata 'illaa billaah. 11. The Prophet (SAW) said: "The most beloved words to Allah are four:Glorified is Allah,(1)The praise is for Allah,(2)There is none worthy of worship but Allah,(3)Allah is the Most Great".(4). 2)سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ(1)وَالحَمْدُ للَّهِ(3)وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ(4)وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ Subhaanallaah,(1)Walhamdu lillaah,(2)Wa laa 'ilaaha 'illallaah,(3)Wallaahu 'Akbar.(4) Source: 3/1685 12. A desert Arab came to Allah's Messenger (SAW) and said: "Teach me a word that I can say". The Prophet told him to say: "There is none worthy of worship but Allah, Who has no partner, Allah is the Great, the Most Great, and praise is to Allah in abundance, glory is to Allah, Lord of the worlds. There is no power and no might but by Allah the Mighty, the Wise". (1) He said: "That is for my Lord, but what about me?" The Prophet (SAW) told him to say: "O Allah forgive me, and have mercy on me and guide me, and provide for me". (2) (1)لَا إِلهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ كَبِيراً، وَالْحَمْدُ للَّهِ كَثِيراً، سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ، لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَكِيمِ(2)اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي، وَارْحَمْنِي، وَاهْدِنِي، وَارْزُقْنِي Laa 'ilaaha 'illallaahu wahdahu laa shareeka lahu, Allaahu 'Akbaru kabeeran, walhamdu lillaahi katheeran, Subhaanallaahi Rabbil-'aalameen, laa hawla wa laa quwwata 'illaa biilaahil-'Azeezil-Hakeem. Source : Muslim 4/2072 13. O Allah forgive me, and have mercy on me and guide me and give me good health and provide for me. اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرِ لِي، وَارْحَمْنِي، وَاهْدِنِي، وَعَافِنِي وَارْزُقْنِي. Allaahummaghfir lee, warhamnee, wahdinee, wa 'aafinee warzuqnee. Source: Muslim 4/2073 14. The most excellent invocation is:"Praise is for Allah".(1)"There is none worthy of worship but Allah".(2). (2)الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ(1)لَا إِلَه إِلَّا اللَّهُ. Alhamdu lillaah.(1)Laa'ilaaha'illallaah.(2). Source:At-Tirmizi 5/462. I’ll end by saying never despair of the mercy of Allah even in hard times things will always turn out for the best إن شا ءلله because Allah would never inflict upon any soul a charge or a challenge above its capacity.May Allah grant us all Jannah, forgive our sins and protect us from the hell fire and the torments of the grave. Amin 15. Let’s end by asking Allah to bless and bestow our prophet Muhammad and his family as he has blessed and bestowed his favors upon the family of Ibrahim.Amin

I am a hindu and I am also experiencing the same my past mistakes and because of which bad people cheated me and how I did not realise the good people. Can you please tell me how can I seek forgiveness from Allah

ameen brother dnt worry! make sure to wake up at night and pray Tahjud and then make dua in sujood because that is the time when Allah(SWT) listens you and gives u whatever u wish for

Farzana Haq ure right farzana, im on the path actually much more pious than before alhumdulilah its just that the spiritual illness that i got as a punishment is whats giving me a really hard time. But i believe everything will be ok in sha Allah.. Allah Almighty is bigger than us all and our sins combined yaar.

Farzana Haq same thing dear .. Ive been in it for most of my 30 years .. It has hardened my eyes and broken my heart body and soul.. I have extreme emotional exhaustion and really need a massive break and restorative healing

Thanking Allah is very underrated. He even says in the Qur'an that very few Servants of He's as shakireen.

The Prophet (SAW) said: "The most beloved words to Allah are four:Glorified is Allah,(1)The praise is for Allah,(2)There is none worthy of worship but Allah,(3)Allah is the Most Great".(4). 2)سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ(1)وَالحَمْدُ للَّهِ(3)وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ(4)وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ Subhaanallaah,(1)Walhamdu lillaah,(2)Wa laa 'ilaaha 'illallaah,(3)Wallaahu 'Akbar.(4) Source: 3/1685 12. A desert Arab came to Allah's Messenger (SAW) and said: "Teach me a word that I can say". The Prophet told him to say: "There is none worthy of worship but Allah, Who has no partner, Allah is the Great, the Most Great, and praise is to Allah in abundance, glory is to Allah, Lord of the worlds. There is no power and no might but by Allah the Mighty, the Wise". (1) He said: "That is for my Lord, but what about me?" The Prophet (SAW) told him to say: "O Allah forgive me, and have mercy on me and guide me, and provide for me". (2) (1)لَا إِلهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ كَبِيراً، وَالْحَمْدُ للَّهِ كَثِيراً، سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ، لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَكِيمِ(2)اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي، وَارْحَمْنِي، وَاهْدِنِي، وَارْزُقْنِي Laa 'ilaaha 'illallaahu wahdahu laa shareeka lahu, Allaahu 'Akbaru kabeeran, walhamdu lillaahi katheeran, Subhaanallaahi Rabbil-'aalameen, laa hawla wa laa quwwata 'illaa biilaahil-'Azeezil-Hakeem. Source : Muslim 4/2072 13. O Allah forgive me, and have mercy on me and guide me and give me good health and provide for me. اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرِ لِي، وَارْحَمْنِي، وَاهْدِنِي، وَعَافِنِي وَارْزُقْنِي. Allaahummaghfir lee, warhamnee, wahdinee, wa 'aafinee warzuqnee. Source: Muslim 4/2073 14. The most excellent invocation is:"Praise is for Allah".(1)"There is none worthy of worship but Allah".(2). (2)الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ(1)لَا إِلَه إِلَّا اللَّهُ. Alhamdu lillaah.(1)Laa'ilaaha'illallaah.(2). Source:At-Tirmizi 5/462. I’ll end by saying never despair of the mercy of Allah even in hard times things will always turn out for the best إن شا ءلله because Allah would never inflict upon any soul a charge or a challenge above its capacity.May Allah grant us all Jannah, forgive our sins and protect us from the hell fire and the torments of the grave. Amin 15. Let’s end by asking Allah to bless and bestow our prophet Muhammad and his family as he has blessed and bestowed his favors upon the family of Ibrahim.Amin

Don’t wait start praying now and seeking repentance because death won’t wait for you to repent you need to do it before it comes. No matter the sins of never is too much Allah is the Most Merciful those sins are nothing compared to the mercy of Allah. Repent and hold on to Islam ask forgiveness and don’t forget to ask Allah to keep you away from your bad habits and sins. May Allah grant us all Jannahtul Firdaus and forgive and elevate us in this world and in the next. Amen.

Down below I’ll put some remembrance of God through zikr with that can be beneficial to all of us إن شاء الله. 1.There is not any slave of Allah who commits a sin, then he perfects his ablution and stands to pray two rak'ah of prayer, then seeks Allah's forgiveness, except that Allah will forgive him. Source: Abu Dawud 2/86, At-Tirmizi 2/257 2.I seek the forgiveness of Allah the Mighty, Whom there is none worthy of worship except Him, the Living, the Eternal, and I repent to Him(Allah will forgive him even if he has deserted the army's ranks.) ‎أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ الَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ إلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ القَيُّومُ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيهِ Astaghfirullaahal-'Adheemal-lathee laa 'ilaaha 'illaa Huwal-Hayyul-Qayyoomu wa 'atoobu 'ilayhi Source:Abu Dawud 2/85, At-Tirmizi 2/569 and Al Hakim 3.The Prophet (SAW) said: "Whoever says: "Glorified is Allah and praised is He" one hundred times a day, will have his sins forgiven even if they are like the foam of the sea". ‎سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ Subhaanallaahi wa bihamdihi Source: Al-Bukhari 7/168 Muslim 4/2071 4. The Prophet (SAW) said: "Whoever says: "None has the right to be worshiped but Allah alone, Who has no partner. His is the dominion and His is the praise, and He is Able to do all things" ten times, will have the reward for freeing four slaves from the Children of Isma'il". Arabic text: لَا إلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ Laa 'ilaaha 'illallaahu wahdahu laa shareeka lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu wa Huwa 'alaa kulli shay'in Qadeer. Source: Al-Bukhari 7/67 5.The Prophet (SAW) said: "Two words are light on the tongue, weigh heavily in the balance, and are loved by the Most Merciful One is: "Glorified is Allah and praised is He, Glorified is Allah the Most Great". ‎سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ وسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ Subhaanal-laahi wa bihamdihi, Subhaanal-laahil-'Adheem Source: Al-Bukhari 7/168 6.The Prophet (SAW) said: For me to say: "Glory is to Allah, and praise is to Allah, and there is none worthy of worship but Allah, and Allah is the Most Great" is dearer to me than all that the sun rises upon". ‎سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ، وَالحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ، وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ Subhaanallaahi, walhamdu lillaahi, wa laa 'ilaaha 'illallaahu, wallaahu 'Akbar. Source: Muslim 4/2072 7.The Prophet (SAW) said: "Is anyone of you incapable of earning one thousand Hasanah (rewards) in a day?" The Prophet (SAW) said: "O Abdullah bin Qais, should I not point you to one of the treasures of Paradise?" I said: "Yes, O Messenger of Allah". So he told me to say: "There is no power and no might except by Allah". لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ Laa hawla wa laa quwwata 'illaa billaah. 11.
