Wow, great Captain America helmets, man. Not to downplay your other pieces, but I just never thought you could get Pepakura so round. And that Batman cowl is the best I've seen! Other TDK ones I've seen look extremely misshapen; it's obvious you took your time with it. GG friend.

Hi, I was just curious. I have been wanting to make a Black Mask (full mask covering from and back), and one for the red hood, as well as Death Stroke. Any tips? I am new to this completely. Just found out about it. I don't want to make it out of soft material. I want it to have some weight to it, and feel real. I was thinking of using steel for parts of it, but I am unsure. From you work I can see you have talent and a good idea of what needs to be done. Thanks
Have you ever thought about making a Practical Helmet that everyday people could wear; kinda find some way to combine sunglasses with a protective headgear? ...maybe find a way, using this idea to make the hat obsolete?
yes i have a couple of ideas regarding the helmet , perhaps with a different lighter material, like carbon fiber. As of right now i am focused on a different hobby , so i have had no time to focus on those specific ideas.

Hi, Please can you tell me how you managed to make the finish of the ironman42 so perfect? I've made the initial bodyshape (though messed up a little on the frontplate so it's staying as one whole item). I'm currently applying filler and then aiming to sand down. thanks.
i really don't remember i have more than 3 yrs with the file. But i dnt use it because i found a way to create it in a different way myself and it fits more perfect.
Hardener cream comes with Bondo when you buy it. Hardener for resin depends on what kind of resin you buy, just read the back of your container and follow the resin:hardener ratio or tweak it to how much work time you want.

Great work! I am personally working on an Iron Man foam suit. Anybody out there have suggestions for the eye pieces? Right now i just have white paper taped on there.
I actually just bought some $3 sunglasses online and popped out the lenses and glued them in. 100% visibility rather than the little slits the paper gave me ;)
I am making an Iron Man helmet now. I plan on putting the faceplate on a hinge system so it can move up and down, and also taking the back out so I can put it on. Would I fiberglass, resin, Bondo, etc. and finish the helmet then cut out the faceplate and back or do I assemble the pieces separate and finish them individually?
