Hi, so I’m looking at a used ce7000 in my town right now and I’m wondering if you need to use Graphtec software to operate it? Im planning on picking up a Roland BN2-20 and wondering if I can use the software that comes with that to operate both machines? I just heard there can be issues registering the Graphtec software if you are the second owner is why I’m asking. Thanks mang!
Here is another tip, so i keep all my machines hooked up to some battery backups. I use the ones from costco. the CyberPower ones.. I have 6 of them and all my computers and machines are hooked up to them. This way you can keep your machines on all the time. For instance, i have my graphtec and my bn20 on one. that way the battery lasts a long time if i were to lose power. Plus it protects them from surges. My monitors and computer on another, and so on. It has saved me a few times already.
Hi Mike, the graphtec has a setting in it where you can tell it to lift the blade higher as it's traveling over the material. I was having the same issue. Let me find it again and i will send you the info on how to do it. Mike, you also want your blade no more than a little bit past the middle line. That is also a reason why it's dragging and scratching your material.
Hi Friend, can you help me please with the right configuration, I got the same one, and my issue with it is that scratch too, I don't have the 45° blade.
I have the same problem with ce6000-60plus. Vinyl in middle is little bent over and knife is down when plotter is cutting and i dont know what i should do.
What’s up, Mike? I love your videos. Thank you so much for all you do for us. Question I just purchased a Bn20a and I have a graph tech. but for the life of me, I can’t figure out how to get my Percut color on my corral draw pallet. create your own and turn it into a spot color when I send it to versa Work it doesn’t show up as a cut line. Is there anyway you could do a video that shows the process Corel draw to the Roland to the graphtec.
I honestly don’t remember exactly how I did it & I don’t want to mess up anything by trying to do it again. I know it needs to be labeled exactly a specific name or it will not recognize it as a cut file.
@@beatsnomadic first, make sure your design is no where near the crop marks. If there are within the area of the 90 degree marks then it will shift all the cut lines. Also, choose “restrict media movement when setting up the cut settings in cut master. I think it’s like the 4th or 5th tab over & there is a drop down media where you can select that option.
It’s set to condition 3 & I think I changes the force & speed. The force is 31 & the speed is 20. I think the A2 is for the acceleration. I did not change that setting.
