As a gymnast, this isn’t just some cheesy story. Confidence goes so far. I had a rlly bad coach one year who didn’t motivate us at all, but when he left and we got a better coach, I improved so much!

I'm a gymnastics level 3 in life and I'm so happy I watch this 16times I love it

This makes me so happy! Finally some one who understands how much work goes into gymnastics with self-esteem. I am an excel gymnast on platinum, and I got for a total of 16 hours a week balancing middle school is already hard enough. This video was really good! :D

This reminds me of my perfect landing the Netflix show, and the words the wise girl said meant a lot to me, I’ve always thought that just doing it over and over helps, but it doesn’t as much as confidence!
