Growing up I wasn’t taught a lot about sex or the menstrual cycle, so I’m here seeking advice from anyone!!! So when I first became pregnant I did have brown spotting for two days then pink spotting the third day and did test but was negative for a whole month and no period so after another month of no period I did more pregnancy tests on December 3-4 and was positive so I went to the doctors and confirmed my pregnancy and also already being 2 months pregnant, but on December 14th I got rushed to the hospital for bleeding and had a miscarriage. After my miscarriage I didn’t get my first real period until 6 weeks later with the usual bad cramps. Now I’m confused because 30 days after that I had pink spotting for 4 days and then 16 days later I had pink spotting again for 6 days and both these times that this spotting happened I didn’t have any bad cramping just some very light cramps without pain. It’s been 13 days since the last spotting happened and now I’m feeling my mid-section below my stomach twitch like an eye sort of twitching or fluttering. Might I add that my first pregnancy I had no symptoms of pregnancy, like the women from my moms side never had symptoms either, so I am so confused and want to keep being hopeful. We’ve been trying for so long, a year already, with our first and felt like our baby was taken from us. I don’t know if age has anything to do with it because I’m 24 and my husband is 36, but I want all the advice I can get!!! It’s been so heartbreaking even thinking about taking pregnancy tests too because I feel like if I don’t see that double line my hopes will be shattered.

Thank you so much for making all these helpful videos! Do you know if having the flu when you are supposed to get your period can through it off and make it late? Also if having the flu can make your cervix high and soft?

Hi, thanks you ❤️ It could possibly put your cycle out of balance if it is putting stress in your system. A high and soft cervix though is a possibly sign of pregnancy especially if your period is late. Did you test yet?

I had a chemical pregnancy, this delayed it but also my Doctor said that the timing of me having covid could delay my menstrual cycle quite significantly. But also some women may get cysts or may need a blood test taken by their doctor. Lots of other reasons too.

I'm 32. My period is 28v days like clockwork. But my future hubby and I are trying to convince this cycle. The 1st day of my last period was November 15,2021. I think I might have ovulated late...I am 3days late going on 4 negative test so far but today I got an evap looking line and that's never happened on a negative. So I'm just gonna watch the progress. I'll go to the doctor once I get a positive hpt...Yet I've had a few miscarriages in the past, should I go sooner? 🤔

I've been TTC for 4 months & today I finally missed my period. I took a test this morning & the line was directly in the middle-not sure what that means! I took another test this afternoon & it was negative. I'm going to test again first urine in the morning & I have a blood test scheduled for Thursday (3 days late). Edit- According to the FLO app, I am 13DPO. I've been tracking for about 5 months. Edit Again- My period cycle is 29 days with a 4 day period consistently so I know when it is going to come each time. The app has always been accurate.

Hi, oh that’s hard to know because your coil is so new. The only thing you can do at the moment is wait a few more days. If it was implantation then you wouldn’t expect a positive test until around a week later

My last regular period was March 2-5 & on August 13 I had wiped once and had the faintest pink on the toilet paper. Since then, I’ve had a multitude of symptoms including: Leg cramps Numbness and tingling in extremities Carpal tunnel Heartburn Hemorrhoids, most recently Fluid retention Dizziness Hot at night, earliest symptom Horrible head throbbing headache, worst headache- felt so much pressure. Smelly armpits I keep having negative blood and urine tests. Is there any chance I could be pregnant though ? When I would overheat at night, fine in day, I thought maybe it was menopause but turns out I’m fertile- despite my hcg levels only being .5. I would have conceived May 14th. And in June I was told that the LH hormone meant I was either ovulating or in early pregnancy

I tracked ovulation usinh opk. And that day i had metallic taste too. Fast forward to dpo 17 which is today. No periods . Negative preg kits. And my vagina was extreme dry( which has never happned before in any cycle) after ovulation until today. Today suddenly little whitle creamy cervical mucus came. What is this? I need some guidance here. 31 year old female ttc for the first time. I was on the pill for over 10 years and went off of it in may of this year, got my first period in June and normal periods from there. My cycles shifted to be on the longer side (34-35 days) but otherwise I had a period every month. I am trying bbt and ovulation tracking but it’s been difficult for me because the LH test strips never really show peak levels and the bbt is sort of up and down. My period is currently 5 days late. A few days ago I had some pink discharge on the toilet paper and I’ve had some on and off cramping, gas, fatigue, and bloating. Everything but the cramping may or may not be related to overeating from thanksgiving lol. All tests have been negative though! I saw my OB in September and all was normal :-( please send baby dust my way. I cannot locate my cervix either.

I had a tubal reversal 12/8/2021. My period came early in dec. it came 12/24 but was supposed to come 12/29. I ovulated this month and based off my 12/24 period I am a week late. If my period came on , on time (12/29) my period would have came on , on 1/25/2022. My period is still not here. Any advice

Great you checked your cervix! Did you test yet? You didn’t mention that. But with the timing of your ovulation you should be able to test and get a clear result

Hi, sometimes it takes a little longer for a positive Test. Try a couple more times to see what happens. If no positive by 2 weeks then a doctor will normally give a blood test

Okay question… my Fiancé has irregular cycles and we have been trying for over a year and she finally ovulated but it was late, we took an ovulation test the day before her expected period and she was ovulating… so we tried and now she’s 14 days late.. and just experienced a good amount of spotting and it’s light brown after experiencing light cramps on her uterus… we took a test the day before she spotted and it was negative… what should I do? It’s been a couple of days now and I also had unprotected sex two days before ovulation and the day after(I use an app called Flo) I’ve been testing since nov 25 and it’s been negative. Hi. I am 10days late. Last 14jun i really had bad cramping and lower back pain for 2days. I went to OB and was ultrasound but she said its too early. But gave me Duphaston to drink. Prior to that had 2 negative tests. My nipples very sensitive i easily get to sleep nowadays. There are food that makes me salivating. Hello my expected date is usually in 12th and 16th day of the month. But I missed it out for this month August 2022. Hi, some doctors want you to wait 2 weeks before they give you a blood test to check for pregnancy. Others let you do it earlier. Best thing would be to call yours, explain your symptoms and see what they recommend. Wishing you all the very best 💗

Hi, I keep track of my ovulation didn’t really mean to have sex or try since it’s been an on going thing for 2 years now. Took a break well I missed my period I’m 4 days late. My breasts are heavier with red lines surrounding the nipple it is also very tender I still have slight cramping but the two test I took were negative. Should I wait a whole week to test again? I’m trying not to get my hopes up like I always do.

Hi im 16dpo with LH surge test 1st of June which says ovulation 24-48hrs after a positive. Had sex that day and the day before. PCOS but my cycle ranges between 28 and 31 days.... all negative tests. I'm nauseous, i had cramping 3 days ago now nothing odd aches but no cramps it feels different. I cant explain it. Am i out this month or keep testing? Feel like I'm going insane

Sorry headaches and dry mouth too, going to toilet more often no burning, ive been 3 times since 9am and its 2pm now. Honestly as i say i feel like im going crazy as tests keep coming back negative

Edit! (She has come on her period but still been throwing up and extremely tired.) My partner was due her period yesterday, she’s thrown up three times in three separate days, headaches smells make her feel sick, both boobs very sore and sensitive to touch feel swollen, (only on one side when she’s due her period, she has a regular cycle and has never missed her period ever! Always comes on 25/26 every month) heart burn, extremely tired lately. The only symptom she got when due her period was one sore boob. We did a test in the night but came up negative. Told her to wait a week if she haven’t got her period by then, she said her cm was white too if that means much. We did have sex around her ovulation period too 14/15. Any ideas of a negative test would be appreciated. I’ll update this comment if she turns out pregnant or not as I can see a lot of other women in the same boat.

I removed my nexplanon implant in June and got my period the end of June. I’ve missed my period all July, the doctor mentioned that I would be fertile as soon as I remove the implant. I took a pregnancy test two weeks after my missed period and one at 38 days after my missed period, both were negative. Is it the hormones or is there a chance I’m pregnant??

First time ttc this month.. Had all the symptoms, tested negative on 11th and 12th dpo.. Now i'm scared to test again because i want that positive mote than anything.. Waited to get my period which is due today.. Didn't came yet. Still waiting and i won't test for a few more days if my period doesn't come. It usually is on time every month because of my duphastone therapy so i don't know what's happening now lol

Hi! So I’m 10 days late and last I’ve taken an Emergency Contraceptive was in July 29th (but we’re always protected), so I knew it would skip my period for the 2nd week of August. But September came and nothing is happening so I got worried, the month is almost over and this week I’ve been experiencing cramps and tender breasts and I’ve been getting worried. It’s gonna be October next monthc what could this be??

@ Couple days after I commented this, I got my period. My best guess is that, it delayed because I was stressing about it. The more we overthink, the more it delays. I tried drinking turmeric tea to calm me down and help with the blood clot. Another guess is that, because I took the contraceptive a week before I was supposed to get my period, it skipped August AND delayed on September (I got it last day of September) So yeah, it also helped me get my blood flow better than before. Because I was getting my period for only 2-3 days and barely any blood at the beginning of the year and now it’s back to normal :) Hope this helped.

Last time I didn’t find out until I was six weeks pregnant so I never thought I would have children but this time around I’m like 13 or 14 days past ovulation. Hi, then you are being careful and you have both checked. Has she had any advice about irregular periods? It would be good to find out what is causing them. It could be due to hormones being out of balance several other factors. Also, does she know when she is ovulating (when she is fertile)?
