For young ladies who get awful cramps & heavy flow, go to gyno, you could have endometriosis. Also, Advil or Naproxen and heating pad works better for uterus cramps than Tylenol. Your welcome :)

Advil causes you to bleed more, I wouldn't recommend it. Tylenol or some type of ibuprofen is the way to go :)

+Mackenzie Higdon true, but I know no one who responds to horrible cramps from tylenol, it's like tic tacs for severe pain. Menstrual cramps are uterus contractions which Tylenol rarely helps for. I was talking pain wise. Chronic pain patient here. But thanks for pointing that out.

+MissM I have severe cramps a week before and during and I find Tylenol helps quite a lot. Different bodies react differently to pain medications. But obviously use what works best for you!

Yeah, Advil is also a blood thinner so it feels like you're bleeding more because, ya know, Advil is a blood thinner. I reccomend Midol or Pamprin which are made for your period and help with other symptoms like bloating and stuff. But I agree whatever works best with your body is best.

I always get really bad cramps when my period is about to start so that's how ik but only the first day So what i do is get comfy and make some soup a blanket and put netflix and stay in bed all day and sleep a bit because sleep takes my cramps away so i love my routine

I suggest getting a HelloFlo Starter Kit. My mom got me one and it has Panty liners, thin pads, a bracelet, candy and a bag! It's very useful.

Sorry, personally I use tampons at night just because that's what I do. I never use pads because I do not trust them because they will leak and go everywhere. You can where tampax pearl for about 8 hours. So u just change it before bed and change it when you get up. I never have spills which is amazing. I hope that helped you!

You are actually not supposed to wear tampons to bed, you have to change them every 4 hours because if you don't you can get like diseases and other stuff, just saying I don't want this to start and argument, that's just what I learned!

Also don't be nervous about that, use overnight pads, and maybe put on a 2nd pair of underwear! Then you should be good!

am I like the only one who has their period and only having cramps like I am not thirsty hungry, and I DON'T crave I actaully get dehydrated.......so just a tip from me DRINK WATER no really it's not fun getting dehydrated while on your period
