Glad to see you doing well! Where do medics usually get placed?? Like in a clinic or hospital? My recruiter said they usually get into a clinic and it's like a 7:30am to 4:30pm kinda schedule. I started my process back in the beginning of March. Went to meps in May. They got me on a couple of waivers. Pregnancy anemia & childhood asthma. Did a PFT test in May, my waiver sat with zero movement for two MONTHS. Just last week they asked for the last 3 years of my pharmacy records. Submitted them the very next day. How do you stay motivated while waiting for this waiver process to be done with?? I just really hope they give me the go ahead. I have nothing to hide with anything. I don't have any health issues. I'm eager to see what job I can get. Was picking your job an easy process?

Thank you so much! I would say depending on where you get stationed will determine if you’re in a clinic or hospital. Girl do not give up. The process is long and sometimes it feels like it’s not moving. Just remember your why and keep going until you get that final call! The job process for me was a bit difficult because I only wanted paralegal which o didn’t get. However, I really am enjoying medical. Keep your head up! 😂

@@ballermommy3482 Yeah I have a feeling I won't get physical medicine or pharmacy tech. But I do have paralegal on my list. Do they just not have jobs open for it right now? My husband is army and he said the army you can just get the job you want, you don't do the whole job list thing. But I'm only wanting to go AF lol.

Wondering how often u got drug tested, I know it can be random for early recruits but is it often and random aswell for you?

@@ballermommy3482 the only time was in BT? curious if times have changed now, i plan on joining the navy and didn't know if different military branches did it differently, the big thing for me is going to figure out if i need to completely quite or just do it very little on the side.

@@ssub00 Yes for me I was only tested during basic. However, in my personal opinion if I were you I would stop altogether.
