My phone won’t connect to WiFi / Phone wifi too Slow -Fixed

I made a complaint to my internet provider as am paying for 500Mbps but my phn and tablet speed test showed always between 35 and 60Mbps download and upload speed. Engineer came and convinced me my phn and tablet are old and their network cards are not good. Is that true? Or by just doing what you showed my devices will get to at least 350. Engineer showed his phn on my WiFi with speed of 430 and once even 560!! My tablet just now had 390, but in next 5 minutes tests done every 20 seconds were around 65 to 170! How can it drop from 390 to 65 in 2 minutes? He told me my wifi speed post router is on average 390 - 430. I really need help. I can not afford right away to buy new phn new tablet and new laptop!!!

I have a new Samsung a12 and I've watched your videos and it has not worked, my phone is the only one in the house that does not connect to the home WIFI, whenever I scan for WIFI, not a single WIFI network shows up. -I've reset the network settings, went into developer mode and saw the tethering hardware acceleration option was already on?, I thought that was weird. -Also, the 'Wi-fi scan throttling' option on developer mode was on as well, but I've switched it off, I figured that was the problem but it wasn't. Does anyone have a real solution? I am so freaked out I just got this phone like two weeks ago

You just set so the phone has higher priority in the wifi list and set your own dns

It is happening on Pixel phones but Google respond that it's the fault of the router. Even though based on my test only pixel phones and not my other devices are affected by slow internet🥴

my wifi still having an issue, on my Note 10 its showing this sign '!', it comes and goes but on other devices its not showing that or any signs of slow internet its only on my phone
