Having Symphony of the night and never having played it is just a travesty. One of my favs of all time. You gotta give up like a week and just play through it you wont regret it

Some Ps1 games like Xenogears or Vagrant story, and I’m being totally serious, are much more impressive artistically to me than mostly anything that’s coming out recently. I have no nostalgia either, I tried them a few years back and obviously so many things just don’t hold up today but the unique vision and ambitious storytelling these games had were awesome! Like you said cutscene direction and staging were so well thought out back then.

@@RetroAlbro lol…been had all of those…and parasite eve 1 & 2, lots of JRPGs…and your right it was a power house, but isn’t anymore. Be great if limited run or other companies just randomly made a brand new ps1 game. But honestly why go back when you can play in the present. I suck at games compared to younger people. I could beat anyone one handed in tekken( all tekken games ), but barely can play for 5min straight without having hand issues. I’m casual playing, can’t even play a rpg without a child jumping on me or asking a questions about life. Cocoon, you guys should play cocoon. Thats been fun.
