The fact that Dan didn't know that all the pokemons other than cynthia's were 5 iv(6 iv for cynthia) with great move set/items and ev trained. Even one of them is banned form tournaments
I've been watching Dan for so many years, I love his content and especially the way hes slowly but surely making more and more mature content, so the people who grew up in his content, still stay entertained. Absolute God 👍
Snorlax was my league MVP. He was the perfect tank to recoup on the rougher fights especially the last battle. I was just getting clapped and Lax bought me 8 turns of recovery for my whole team, as well as numerous speed reductions with Bulldoze.
Mine was a Drapion, was amazing for the elite 4 and champ, used swords dance then because his ability increases the critical hit damage i used cross poison and night slash and with friendship giving a crit boost most of his attacks were crits was so op for the e4
Well done mate, I just beat bdsp last weak I used a togekiss, garchomp, roserade, lucario, frostlass and infernape I won with one pokemon on one hp The power of friendship, my freinds.
Nice team I am thinking of going for something like that but mine is going to be Infernape, Garchomp, Magnezone, Tropius (from my old pokemon platinum game), Frostlass or gengar and roserade
I have watched DanTDm for 7 Years and to this day I watch all of his videos. He is one of the only old RU-vidrs that I have watched for a long time that still has amazing content and is able to entertain me not matter what.
Night Slash has a high chance of critical hitting. I gave my Honchkrow that move, and he had an ability that increased crit chance, and I gave him an item that increases crit chances. He's so broken. And even when I don't use Night Slash, he normally crits
i did something like that with a drapion in shining pearl i used swords dance then either night slash or cross poison for increased crit chance and because of friendship the crit chance was even higher and i used a crit boosting item, his ability also increases crit damage so it was near enough always one tapping
You can play Pokémon however you want but you completed the game in the most annoying way possible. Imagine Cynthia's POV, like a guy with an underleveled not good team comes in with 30 fuckin full restores and revives and every 2 turns he heals up. If an NPC did that to you, you'd be pissed. But I'm gonna admit the belly drum strat is smart
I am glad to see Dan playing Pokemon brilliant diamond and Pokemon Shining Pearl and I hope that He will do a gameplay of Pokemon legend of Arceus next year
"i really hope there isnt another battle after this" not only is there one, but its one of the worst ones possible after getting your team absolutely wrecked
this is the hardest e4 all pokemon are perfectly ev trained and they use competive strategys like flame orb guts facade or spam minimize then baton pass to an op pokemon
There is a few flaws with his team I will admit. Them being having 2 of his Pokémon being weak to the same typing in 7 different ways. He doesn’t have any counter against Cynthias Garchomp. And he is gonna really have to kill all the elite fours Pokémon fast because they have strategy now something they didn’t have in the old game. Btw I’m commenting this before watching him play.

Ig if you prefer to play it on your own that's fine but even if you stream full Pokemon playthrough (like when PLA comes in Januray) while just being chill I and many people I'm sure would enjoy that a lot . But ofc, it's all upto you Dan, would keep loving the content either way :)

about the critical hits on the drapion: drapion has night slash that has a higher critical hit rate+sniper which increases damage if critical hit about the mr mime taking those hits: mr mime has 120 special defense+light screen so even gemgar couldnt dent it
i'm not a pokemon expert but that team actually looks really good, i mean there are probably a lot of things i would change but seeing that dan probably plays for fun, i won't mention those here. But the type diversity is a lot more balanced than I expected and I like how he didn't go for the typical Luxray, Staraptor and Floatzel i've seen countless times (which yes they're good, don't get me wrong). Tastebud definitely got me a good laugh though, but belly drum + strength is horrifying
If I get Brilliant Diamond/Shining Pearl and get to the elite 4 Ima take advantage of Pokemon Home and use some of my pokemon in Sword and Let's Go Eevee. Also decided to retry Pokemon Diamond on my 2DS
I hav a Mismagius since the the fourth gym, cuz there’s a dusk stone in the underground, only accessible on the beach of route 213 (the hideaway is called the bogsunk cavern)
Fun Fact:if u go valor lakefront and go to the house next to the girl that needs the key u can find the game directors and one of them has gengar because they love it
For the people are a bit underleveled upwards of the 2nd gym get the explorer kit and head to a cave eith water it and kill gastrodons they give alot of XP up to 6th gym after 7th gym they are hard to come by Edit: with this method and 157 KO'd gastrodon nearly all my team is lvl 60
You should do a reaction video to the Mandela Catalouge. Plz do it, it’s a horror series and it’s 6 videos only about 30 mins long in total. I’m sure people would love it
Idk how i would say it, but Gen 4's E4 went stronger than how it used to be, fully competitive ready teams, on a champion already strong as hell. This could make Cynthia being the strongest champion game wise
