My Pole Dance Journey | Spinny Mini | Pole Fitness & Dance 

Of course this doesn't sum up my entire journey, but I wanted to share a few pole moments POST having twins. This journey has been absolutely amazing thus far, and has really helped me recover and obtain my strength back (slowly but surely). Overall, I've regained my confidence & increased my self esteem through the art of pole dancing & fitness, and I look forward to what's ahead.
