My cousin, a lady, was lured by an aspiring politician from Homa Bay county in 2011 there about in the name of a new job offer in an hotel in Nyeri, She worked less than 2 months and one day she left for work but never returned to her house. After a month my auntie had to go pick her belongings from Nyeri back to Homa Bay County . My uncle died in 2019 a week after disagreement with his politicaian ex employer from embu.He was involved in accident and died on spot. Politician was in Nairobi but the shocking thing was that he drove from Nairobi to embu that night and went to the morgue and requested for his body and sent everyone outside (morgue attendant and bodyguard) what he did only God knows ... long story short he claimed uncle had sold his land to him and gave a space for grave. we lost Uncle and his inheritance
