Filing the ridges is a serious damage, it's like a pleated sheet,if you file away the elecation there won't be an even surface, but a gap (or a very, very thin nail at the ridge spot) It's not like a mountain that it has nail beneath it, its more like curved upwards, so filing it is the worst thing that can be done, try addressing the issue underlying instead. /\/\/\/\/\ Like this👆🏻
I know, that's why I do it VERY lightly! :) Been doing it for years without any issues. Thanks for the concern ❣️ Edit: Someone commented that it might be thyroid or anemia issue, so I'll get those tests asap. Again, thanks for the concern and explaining it so well. You guys are awesome ❤️🤗
Hi. I translated your comment using Google translate since I don't speak Arabic. Hopefully you can understand my reply in English. The clay mask is used to detoxify the skin, and I added milk in it to make it hydrating so it won't dry out the skin :) Hopefully this helps ❤
@@serenabeautyy_ If you want to file the surface of your nails try using a glass nail file instead it gives your nails a nice shine and it’s much more gentle than the normal ones u can find one on shein for less then a dollar.
Your nails are always pretty when you’re painting them red what kind Red nail polish do you use and can you please keep on making videos wearing red nail polish
- I bought the gloves from a shop called 'Butter' in Seoul, South Korea. They are called Spa Gloves. I am sure you can find them on Amazon too. - The 'Gel Oil Ampoule' is from Daiso Korea. - The bentonite clay powder is available on Amazon. - The Nail Nourisher is from L.A Girl. I think you can find it at Walmart or even Dollar Tree, if you live in the United States or Canada. If not, it is also available on Amazon. Hope that helps ❣️
The Gel Oil Ampoule? Actually I got it from one of the Daiso stores in Seoul. Here's the link to the product (www.daisomall.co.kr/pd/pdr/SCR_PDR_0001?pdNo=1028996&recmYn=N) but unfortunately I don't think they ship internationally :( You can use a Cuticle Oil instead. I alternate between the gel oil and cuticle oil. The cuticle oil I use is from L.A Girl (www.lagirlusa.com/products/nail-treatments)
@serenabeautyy_ Yes thank you! That must be why I couldn't find it. I use nail wraps and oil is used to remove them so I was hoping to try the ampoule out. Plus it seems like a cool concept!
I don't have the exact link because I bought mine a long time ago, but here's one I found for you: www.amazon.com/NOW-Solutions-Bentonite-Problem-11-Ounce/dp/B0B5Y7VWTP/ref=sr_1_2?crid=6YNT3YFJGN09&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.-fXw4AWY_Pw2Zdd4dXaumxvONxOwJl_hBZ2nB71OjwDv6-xrSM4HSpmnwdfpuTyw4iE3KnFrzTmrGcws0mvjbxufJWHtIdD9tImwo30FkJJhWceW-2qdYSqfvWpsnVrbJWvdd8UnkQtptZJtbKgNrTR5cHTI231rJniTbdONHZIcRwUhxUz0dZnK0O1IzaunwMmFSI-fLWJkb6THnUxzfcsaCcekrFx7QOyX96b3FzOvn7GA747ruXfZgE6W6nxwf7lm-nMvlmLDpR5JoaCyXnTjCEa7nQwK7nTsYem622U.TWlHy-XISQ7DI8sjv7S8MzYaOvNZyjOaSVC0fqAMGwY&dib_tag=se&keywords=bentonite+clay+powder&qid=1720473406&sprefix=bentonite+clay+pow%2Caps%2C634&sr=8-2. The reviews look good!
I bought them from the 'Butter Shop' in Hongdae, Seoul a few years ago. I cannot find them on their website anymore but here's the link to their online shop: www.mhmall.co.kr/index.html?page_id=2 . They are called 'Spa Gloves'. You can search for 'Spa Gloves/Manicure Gloves' on Amazon, or your local websites. Hope that helps!
Sure! Here are a few things you can do: 1) Use a moisturizing hand wash or bar soap (Dove has great soaps & handwashes). 2) Avoid using water that is too hot. 3) Use gloves when doing dishes or laundry (or any time you are using chemicals/detergents). 4) Use a quick absorbing hand cream every time you wash your hands (Vaseline & Dove have great and affordable options). 5) Do an intensive hand treatment once a month (Apply a thick lotion on your hands and cover with plastic gloves for 20 minutes). I hope this helps you 💕
Do you have wrinkles on the inside (palm) of your hand? Try not to keep your hands in water for too long and wear gloves every time you do dishes/laundry/cleaning. Hope that helps :) 💗
Try using a nail hardener! I think both L.A girl and Sally Hansen have them. Nail strengthening treatments also work (www.sallyhansen.com/en-gb/nail-care/nail-care/advanced-hard-as-nails)
