Baby is here! This third labor was my most challenging one, but my most empowering birth too. I was able to catch my baby with my husband as we had our water birth + home birth wrapped in one. My amazing birth team stood by my side and made me feel safe and strong all throughout.
You can have an empowering birth too, Mama! Whether you're having a home birth or hospital birth, when you know and trust birth, hand pick your birth team, and learn to confidently tap into your mother wisdom, and empowering birth is waiting for you!

I’m currently 35 weeks pregnant and all I want is a natural, peaceful delivery like this. Once her baby came out I immediately cried. Such a beautiful moment. I love the way she looks at her husband and includes him in it. And telling her baby “you did such a good job buddy.” Because little baby also has to endure a lot. Thank you for sharing this incredibly beautiful and personal moment.

I’m sure every mama can relate, but every time I watch a birth story I cry. It’s such a beautiful, deeply connective experience and so extremely spiritual. I had my first baby at a private birth center this past summer, it was deeply healing and strengthening to me as a person. @racothran
@racothran 9 месяцев назад
@amberjankoviak From my experience (I had natural birth with no pain meds) when it was time to push, my body would tell me on its own. By push, I mean, I would follow the contraction. I labored at home with my first baby until the near bitter end. 42 weeks, 1 day. 8.5 hour labor, 30 min pushing! I waited so long to go to the hospital, I was crowning in the lobby! And with my first baby no less!! I wish I could say my labor was as smooth as yours but I think I managed pretty well. Back labor is no joke!!! I really can't thank you enough, Bridget. The drs trusted me and stood watch incase I needed help, which I inevitably didn’t. Your videos helped me SO much. Been looking forward to seeing this, Bridget! Congratulations! I gave birth for the first time three months ago, and still, not a day goes by that I do not reflect in wonder over the experience. Your video brought back memories of how powerful, intense, and beautifully transformative it all was. I had gone my entire pregnancy doubting my body’s ability to birth to the point of fretting no matter how many of your videos I watched or how much mental preparation or I did. If I could go back to that time now, I would tell myself, “listen to Bridget on the breathing because you will be amazed at how much it helps, and there is no reason to fear because you will be in awe of what you will be able to do when the time comes.” Thank you so so much for helping empower so many women like myself to recognize and embrace our sacred ability to bring life into the world! This was so beautiful. It perfectly captures the absolute strength of the feminine body and beauty of a mother. Brought me right back to the birth of my second. Even to some parts of the birth that I had forgotten. I was breathing with you through the transition, and cried when you held him in your arms. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful birth.

Have two girls 3 and 1 and was expecting baby 3 in May. Found out at my 16 week appt last week that there was no heartbeat after hearing it twice already. Mourning my third little babe deeply, but this video gives me encouragement to try again.

This is so beautiful to watch. Wish I had been able to labor at home a little longer. I still yearn for a natural birth. God's timing.

I’m 39 weeks and I dislocated my elbow and broke my arm and three places three days ago. Recovering from surgery now. I’ve been preparing for an unmedicated at a birth center. Hoping I can still pull this off. Seen this video helps. Thank you so much.

My second baby was born as an accidental home birth just over 2 weeks ago. Only my husband was there with me ❤ everything happened so quickly, we couldn't make it to the hospital. I was supposed to be induced the next morning, but I did the Miles Circuit and within an hour things started. 3 hours later baby was here ❤ It was such a transformative experiece, it's so special and sacred in my heart ❤ Congratulations to your beautiful growing family ❤

As someone who never got to experience this, this brought tears to my eyes. You’re a warrior and I wish I could’ve experienced childbirth. I followed you forever and prepared myself in every way possible to only have two breech babies. But I’m thankful everyday to be a mom. Thank you for sharing your story ❤️ congrats on the baby boy

I have been following your content for quite a while and purchased your course that has changed my entire perspective around birth and helped me in my birth. As soon as I heard about your pregnancy, I was excited to hear your journey of welcoming your baby into the world. Thank you for sharing your story and in general, for your wisdom you share to the world. Congratulations ❤

So beautiful. I gave birth via water almost nine months ago and it was the birth of my dreams. While a lot of people doubted natural child birth I am so thankful for the little RU-vid community I had that made me brave and believe I could do it.

WOW! So amazing to watch you give birth at home. You basically pushed him out by yourself with minimal coaching! I’m astounded by the process, and how well you handled labor. Congratulations to you and your family. ♥️ I also love your labor/birth affirmation videos. I used them while in labor with my first baby (born June 2023) It helped a lot.

I had a similar story. Attempted home birth for four days before going to hospital. I was dilated to 8cm, but my son wouldn’t descend all the way so we wound up in emergency for c-section. Planning to VBAC at home with our next baby someday. I wish you all the luck with your family and recovery. I’m 9+ months postpartum and it has been tough, but the mom community, home birthing, VBAC and all have been so helpful. If you haven’t seen them, the VBAC link is also a great resource and has amazing stories that are super healing. Anyways, apologies for the rambling. 😂 best to you 🙏❤️
