• March 9 I started having contractions at 12am. Went to the hospital at 11am because they were 2-3 minutes apart since midnight. Got discharged at 3:30pm bc I never progressed past 2cm
• March 10 at 6am my water broke and was admitted to L&D at 8am.
• March 11 at 1:46am our son came into the world👣✨ 5lbs 1oz 18inches long at 37 weeks 5 days. He was not considered premature just that he is a small baby. I weighed 115 pounds before pregnancy & I was a 5 pound 10oz baby.
• A minute after he was born, the placenta came out & I didn’t even have to push for it 😳
• Josefina my L&D nurse was literally an angel, being there from start to finish. This girl sprayed dermoplast at my 🐱 and was there when I was throwing up, all that to never see her again🤣
• The hospital food looked like they get their food catered to them, soooo good😍 got fed 3x a day lol.
• Whataburger was the first thing I ate when I got a chance to eat & I had to wait 12 hrs to shower🥲
• I honestly don’t know what made my L&D so easy, all 2 & 3rd trimester I was actively walking around so much. I didn’t eat or drink anything special to prepare myself for giving birth.
