Also, I am 7 weeks pregnant with my first. I recently asked my Dr what vitamins etc I should be taking. She told me prenatal vitamins and then to start taking Omega about 12 weeks in. That’s all which I was a little surprised about?… hmm. I’d be interested to know your opinion on that and also what are all the vitamins you are taking? Thanks! ❤️❤️
