Love these longer style videos, feels like a proper catch up! I got so hungry watching you make that tofu scramble I’m defo going to have to make some soon, I forget it exists and then remember it’s amazing, as are tofu omelettes! Ohh and tofu in big cubes cooked in Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli oil (or drizzled on after if it’s too potent to fry with) I’m not kidding you gotta try it if you like spice

Yay I'm glad you enjoyed!! I always go through stints where I forget how great tofu scramble is, now I want it for dinner every second day 😅 and that sounds unbelievable will definitely have to give that a go 😍

hi, I just found your channel, hope it all goes well with your thesis! btw you can also make brackets or paranthesis bigger using \big, \Big, \bigg, \Bigg (in order smaller to larger)

Another amazing way is to do $\left( ... ight)$ which adapts the size of the brackets according to the argument inside. Of course, you can replace the round brackets with any other. Also, you can use $\left( ... \middle| ... ight)$ to adjust the size of any separators you might have (I tend to have to use | for conditioning random variables, but you can use other symbols too).

Thank you!! Oh nice - good luck with your studies! I'm a chemical engineering student and my phd focuses on fluid dynamics of evaporating droplets!
