I needed to say I hear you with the food advice contradictory info. You know years ago they told pregnant women to drink Guinness daily for the iron. Now of course anyone drinking daily is an alcoholic and is advised to do something about that. It keeps changing, the official good advice. So you may as well eat whatever you want in moderation, just trying to eat things made of proper food not just chemicals and junk. I hope you feel better soon Mikayla

Dark by 8 is crazy where I live sun sets 5:20 and it's always fully dark at 6

I had the same problem with my sleep and I decided to try and find what was causing it and I tried cutting out all caffeine apart from tea and that did the trick now i fall asleep as soon as I hit my pillow

I just went to California for the first time a few weeks ago, at home in Alberta it was just getting dark by 10, in big bear it was dark at 8. My cicadas were very confused.

It doesn’t feel like summer in England but watching this makes it feel okay

That's it, this is the summer I start waking up early and drinking more water (I even got a cute water bottle for this) 😭

hey mikaya, if you see this comment: In regards to your segement of the video in regards to health, there's no product or drink that can 'detox' the body, the body detoxes itself so there's no need to buy any drink to 'help' you with that. A lot of people on social media are influencers who try to sell you scam drinks that have ridiculous claims, so please just be on the lookout for that sort of thing. Also, these drinks/gummies/powders don't 'detox' the body, that's just a buzzword. They just have laxatives in them that makes it feel like it's working so you're tricked into buying more. I don't mean to judge at all, but buying these products really isn't a good use of your money, so I really don''t recommend you keep buying these things, but I'm just looking out for you. There's absolutely no hate intended, just pointing that out. Love the video! :)

Hi Mikayla, this might be a long message but God does miraculous things. Sorry if I am taking about religion. Do you read the Bible app on the phone? If you search healing sleep it’s like a meditation for sleep. Beautiful scenery. I slept 11 hours because I had my dad change my password for time screen at 8:00 and put my allowed apps on Incase I need them at night like a stress free app or the Bible. I did what you said about the red and warm light in my room. I am going what you are going through right now? Truly amazing when I pray for sleep now I am finding all of these miracles.
