Part 2 I got a surprise phone call at 11:30 pm that my puppy was ready to come home. I wasn't aware she was born. I met with the breeder at Two am and was given 2 choices. I alpha female or the shy runt. I think you know who I chose. Because of YOUR training I took the plunge. I had had house protection dogs for years. I trusted your teaching and jumped in head first.

It’s not like he is constantly pulling on the dogs neck anyway it’s probably just for correction some big dogs need that. They are a lot stronger than us.

@@pinkunicorn7035 do you understand that it will hurt a dog more? Have it on for the same period your dog has it on, but have someone else that speaks another language hold the leash. See how stressful it is to know that at any point, if you make any mistake, you’re either gonna be surprised as hell, in pain, or uncomfortable. If the dog was pulling the leash on their own accord and understood how prongs worked, then they wouldn’t care as much. But they CAN’T. It goes from being semi-annoying to straight up terrifying since there’s a sudden discomfort and bite-like feeling around their neck and they have no way of expecting it or bracing for it, while they’re being asked to do more. On top of that, dogs don’t think like us. They don’t know right and wrong. They just know what’s safe and what isn’t. All they know now, is that it’s not safe to do certain things when you’re around. That’s it. Nothing else is learned until repetition and positive reinforcement is brought in. Sorry, but it’s honestly pretty damn idiotic to expect a dog to understand what we think is wrong. That just doesn’t make sense. Dogs are animals. They were bred to help us. Not act as slaves. This is a waste of my time. You likely won’t try to understand what I said from an unbiased view. But I’m honestly curious about how salty you’ll get over being told you’re wrong. To clarify, yeah, I’m pretty damn irritated myself. Because people saying the shit you did is why so many dogs end up put down and fucking broken. That’s why I’m so irritated. Your ignorance is the reason so many dogs live unfulfilling lives. Now, I’m going to train my dog and probably be mad at myself for losing my shit, but I honest to god don’t care enough to regret it.

It's almost like you think they're human babies. And you've never seen a pack of wolves in the wild and how they would train their pups... Do you think that they hand them gold stars and cupcakes? Domination and control are vital. If You do not understand that you do not understand dogs. Like Augusto, I was raised around dogs... They are not people who understand your language but they do understand what control is what firmness is and what a bite around the neck means... They also know what love and caring mean and Augusto shows them plenty of that.
