A dark beer actually does help with milk production. Alot of new moms will drink one beer to help their milk come in if theyre having trouble. It is NOT however for still pregnant mothers lol. Its for feeding your baby AFTER the baby is born.
Beer is good for breastmilk production but you dont want to get hammered. Also if you smoke prior to getting pregnant it's dangerous to quit cold turkey because it can cause a miscarriage

I love their bond. Every kid should be able to call their mom a friend, not just a parent. You can tell her son isn’t exactly who she wants him to be but she loves and accepts him to the point where she’s really making an effort to know his lingo and culture. I love to see it.
