After you've done the Quest you can check the 'News Report' in Mondstadt (Mikhail and Lyudmila, the two Fatui next to the Teleport in the shop district). They change their dialogue after each major event - and the Sumeru Interlude indeed is counted as such.

Probably a spoiler. He named him "Galileo" from the astronomer Galileo Galeli, who's known enhancing the power of the telescope to observe the night sky. Scaramouche ingame, is also the first character who discovered that the sky of teyvat is fake. That and also a bohemian rhapsody reference.

Spoiler: It's true that both Ei and Yae do not have a 'Kunikuzushi' line anymore but this does not exclude that Ei simply knows that she created a puppet, that she tried to give him the Gnosis and that after seeing him cry she decided to put him in the Pavilion. Remember, the name 'Kunikuzushi' appeared only after the events in Tatarasuna (the one that now everybody remembers differently) that made him assume the identity of the 'Country Destroyer' and that eventually led him to join the Fatui. So it is both possible that she don't remember creating him at all or that simply she doesn't know him as 'Kunikuzushi' (since nobody remembers that episode of his life) but she indeed remembers his creation. Even in the instance that she's forgotten him completely, please consider that no matter what the creatures of Teyvat remember, the events still happened in the original way - it's only the memory of how those events happened that is changed, so Ei created him nonetheless. The proof is that the Wanderer still wears the plume that Ei gave him as a sign of his relationship with her.

I feel like the fact that she created him didn't change at all, it's just that now there's no reason for her to talk about him. He never went by Kunikuzushi, so Wanderer never did anything that could call the attention of Ei. He is free, just like she wished.

It's kinda similar, but not all of it. You can hear bits of the False God's battle theme here instead. Though idk why they are related, The Wanderer and The False God are CLEARLY two different *persons*
