Cammy is one of the most popular character in the game and yet the number of people playing her at the higest level is very low, compare to Bison, Ken, Rashid etc. So yes she is not easy.
my god yes, i really hate jamie players, but LOL when they get their install they just start losing so easily all these small brains get too overconfident
chun has a fireball she has easy conversions off of everything she has some cheese and an amazing level 2, plus great damage without spending drive and the most bullshit safejump of all time, no she does not take more brain power than cammy. i play both of those characters i can confidently say chun is easy
Only thing I disagree with is anyone being in the same tier as Dhalsim. No one is even close to being as hard as Dhalsim. Ok, JP took some nerfs...Dhalsim has been hard to play since day 1 and supposedly was buffed in season 2 (he received the most insignificant buffs in SF history). You Bison players need to cut it out. Bison can literally do whatever he wants with very little to no thought whatsoever. Cammy should probably go down 1 tier and it would be perfect in my opinion. Very good ease-of-use tierlist.
Y'all just need to try out Guile for a few hours, you'll quickly realize why he's not as easy as he seems. I mean, as long as you're like high plat or above.
the previous vid was not about Ease of use, but about the gameplan. i 1 n done guile since all they do is camp. maybe its fun for the guile player but its super boring as opponent.
@@AdamantMindset Ease of use, gameplay, doesn't matter, what I said is true for both. Being afraid of Guile and making excuses is just going to keep you from getting better.
Honestly I think Sim struggles in general because of drive rush and perfect parry. I feel like the game mechanics don't support his game plan. It's easier to get in against him than it was in previous games.
@@Section8dc rather nerf the creatures than start buffing everyone - everyone does too much dmg already as it is. They should nerf like everyone's dmg by 20% then go from there
@@lomelody1297 Wait hold up... Which move are you talking about?! These are all negative on block and can be punished with lights and mediums... sweep and palm that is. Silver rank detected
I respectfully disagree regarding DeeJay. I think at low level he's a Yolo character, but once you reach high level and see how short of tools he has to play footsies and play a game of patience, once your opponents know how to check DR and can't be zoned with air slashers, you have to actually use your brain with DeeJay way more than with any of the low medium kick into DR / DR into overhead characters. THAT is zero brain. DeeJay's normals are stubby, his whiff punishing moves are either slow or too short, which make him pretty weak at medium range, and he is very vulnerable when jumping at him from a short distance.
DJ just hits hard he’s extremely reactive you have to be ready to actually know the routes. He doesn’t have good neutral. People only hate DJ because of his drive rush and if it wasn’t that fast he would be terrible you don’t have any good buttons to counter DI out of he had no low medium and no low light that’s why he’s labeled as tricky. And H fireball is terrible you jump right over it for an easy full counter punish. JP needed those nerfs and he sits back smoking a cigar reading a manga comic just putting stuff on the screen waiting to Standing HK you or command grab after medium or jab. I get his logic for ease of use but champ is being bias. I agree that Dahlsim is big brain but JP. Stop it.
@@DavidTector That doesn’t make sense. Lily Honda and Kimberly are are all weak - why are they not big brain then? Because ease of use is not the same as character strength.
@@plannedtuna8293 That is a good point. But I think the distinction is on how effective they are in that gameplan. Like you said Jamie is weak, but I've seen Hondas and Lilys do quite well in tournament when they are firing on all cylinders. Would you disagree in saying Jamie has to execute near perfectly to win? Lily just won a tournament a day or two ago.
I’m no pro player but am I the only one who finds Cammy pretty braindead. Pretty linear game plan. Naturally overloads opponent mental stack with tools like hooligan and knuckle. I just started playing her and I’m randoming out 1700 players easily.
JP is missing so many meta tools that didn't fully develop until after his nerfs so he's quite challenging to main now. Sure maybe the amnesia nerf I can get behind, but considering most of the top chars have mid screen grab oki, cr mk into dr, good wake up super options for lv 1 and 2 and many have really good frame data on normals that often allow big conversions off of a jab counter hit. Idk how one can justify the criminal amount of nerfs that were thrown onto JP. Bison has a higher win rate than peak JP by about 4 percent. (almost 60 percent win rate in masters). Bison absolutely needs to be fixed. JP at least give him back his anti-air at the very least. Free jump in's on a char that needs to be able to anti air to not lose is wack.
Kim hasn't won anything. I don't get the hate. You all beat her lol. As in pro players. I think if you're not spamming gimmicks Kim is big brained. Quite stubby, and good players know they can jab her out of everything
Her oki and mixes are just a menace to deal with and most Kim players tend to spam specials, which feels like you're playing Mario instead of SF, not fun even if you know how to deal with it.
