Depends on where you live. If you live in one of the area's where the 11-20 Million illegal immigrants are settling, there is definitely a shortage and price disruption due to the supply/demand.

I can offer some perspective I suppose since my girlfriend is voting blue and I’m voting red. Me and her have discussed it pretty in depth and obviously agree to disagree. The issue for the left isn’t how genuine kamala is, but how controversial Trump is. The entire backbone of her campaign is Trump slander, be it true or false statements about his reputation, and left voters seem to agree too strongly with the hate against Trump. There’s so much slander against him that for left voters it’s just easier to believe he’s a bad person than to do in-depth research on every single bad thing used against him. For them even if 99% of the slander is false, they only need that 1% to be true to feel justified in their decision. It’s aggravating I know, but that seems to be the consistent truth I find when discussing with blue voters.
