I have a 5 year old and I work full time from home as a social worker. I gotta stay up until 12:30 midnight just to get studying done for my licensing exam, let alone have any time for makeup.

I'm just wondering what you do with Forrest? Or is someone else able to watch. I wish I could have this morning routine 3 times a week. I'm a stay at home mom husband works 7 days a week as a business owner and I struggle to balance any time for me at all.

Don’t worry. So do we all. I’m a stay at home mom of three and my husband works a lot as a business owner as well and I don’t have the time to get this done. She definitely has help. Just do what you can when you can and if you can’t you’re still doing a great job

I have a one year old as well! When I workout usually my baby is sleeping and if she wakes up then I just have her in the same room as me and have her play with her toys or even give her a snack in her high chair meanwhile I finish my workout. It works every time 👍🏻☺️

I have super long hair and do the exact same thing when I need to style it quickly. Or in the summer when I don’t want to use a lot of heat! Loved this video!!

Start slow! I'm not advanced by any means. Even ten minutes of walking a day does a lot for your mental state from my experience. 💖

And if it wasn’t so hot where I live outside I’d go for walks but I can always download work out apps on my phone and do it home. Thank you for answering me made my day! I don’t have the energy either but if I can suggest just start small. My kids have the video game, Just dance and yesterday we were dancing. Wound up clocking a 32 minute aerobic workout my according to my Fitbit!

Yes! So some days I'll do everything while Forrest is napping and my morning routine ends up being way later in the day. Other days Chad is able to watch Forrest while I work out and get ready so that I can get work done during nap time.

I don't have a kid but I'm married.. n even I don't get this much Alone Time in the morning. Mine is wake up make breakfast, run to shower, make lunch boxes, get ready for office, pack lunch boxes, sometimes get my husband ready as well 😖 (since he is big kid 🙄) n run to office... hoping you r not late !!
