sir I can say from this session that the pattern of the questions asked by board members is exactly the same we make our notes for UPSC prelims and mains. I am so glad that I am on the right track.

Salute to you, of what knowledge you posses, you better suited to be a tutor( math physics). It is quite known to all, more knowledge less liking for administration, as it involves administrative skill. So surprised of our UPSC as it chooses candidates having brain to be best utilized in classroom, not to handle rough things.

Sir interview me good looks se 5-10 marks difference ata hai vese koi kehta nhi but psychologically its true agar koi ladka jyada looks me acha hai to 5-10 marks jyada mil skte usse achhe interview ke bad and ye isliye acha looks banake jao kaha jata at the end apko knowledge badhana personality as ias bana hai but ek bad looks vale students jo selected hai unko sarahna chahiye kyuki interview unke favour me na hoke bhi achhe marks laye to its too good❤️ agar mote ho ya exta patle ho to 2-4 month diet sudhar ke body ek shape me laalo👍 isse appearance achhi hoti👍 hai interview me good looking candidate ke change jyada hote ye mind me rakhiye😊 vo judges aisa bhed bhaav nhi karte but ye human brain ka hi behevoir hai so ye hoga hi👍 be ready for it 👍👍❤️

Go with a plan. Ur hobby, graduation, broad minded views on the particular service u choose, prepare on these. More you keep it as a conversation, you are right. It's not Q&A. 50% can be prepared well in advance. Take stands, argue for them, you are your advocate over there.
