All one fear isn't it , the fear of the panic attacks and anxiety No separate fear for each thing which we think we have to address one at a time Please keep the videos coming and thank you 💙💕

Thank you so much! I keep thinking if anxiety can be so severe.. it has to be something else. Your story really really helped me. Please make more videos.

Thank you my friend. I make more videos on my instagram account it's called "from panic to paris" if you want to follow that . But I'll be still posting here on RU-vid for people. If anxiety was so dangerous the human race would be extinct ☺️ with true understanding of what it is and then taking the steps into it you will see full recovery from Disordered anxiety

You videos are amazing! The hardest thing i think is at some point theres always going to be that brick wall that you cant seem to get past. You dealt with it on your long runs and you self talk and facing the fear, but what would you advise to someone that 'knows' that they will be able to do a few jogs around but will always stop at the sticking point. Lets say its been a few weeks of going around near your house and you know you need to go further you cant even face stepping it up any further? Does it get easier? Can you do it more progressively? Also what about people that currently are rubbish at running lol sorry, I think theres only 2 real questions in there... Maybe a bit long winded.

Benni that was exactly my mindset when i started running. I ran 1-3km around my block. Thinking this would heal me , but in reality i was afraid to run far from home. The brain knows your fears and what you are avoiding. After a month of jogging around my block like an idiot in fear of going far from home i said F it I'm going to run as far as i can or at least i chose a place far from home that i ran to it was so scary doing it. But guess what ? I done it i jogged 8km far from home. This was then the turning point for me , what happened when i jogged that far did i die or lose my mind ??? Nope NOTHING happened. So it took lost of bravery to do it again and again. Within 4-5 months i was jogging 20-30km from home , (running and walking at the same time) i had a totally Psychological Switch over. So my advice is jog small distances until you reach the point when you day F this im going to run far today and test these fears. It's life changing i assure you. There is nothing on the other side of panic . No heart attack , stroke , seizure mental breakdown. Nothing. 🙏🏾🙏🏾

With me its walking. I am so wound up I think my legs won't move. My hernia goes into a knot and my eye floaters appear. I walk any but the toll on my hernia is heavy. My daughter says the anxiety affects the hernia and makes it worse. I used to be able to walk around the town. I had done that millions of times before this. Strange.

@@annecampbell2950 My legs are my biggest problem too. When I am anxious, I get jelly legs. If I stay in the situation, the weakness in my legs start to fade away.

Glenn, did you have any trouble with food. Sometimes I never know what to eat. I have only been like this since the anxiety came.
