Hey Julia! To answer your question, yes, the baby hairs are breakage from having it up a lot. When you pull your hair tight, especially if it is wet, hair expands when wet and shrinks when it dries. So depending on what hair styling products you use and the condition your hair is in when it is being styled, could be cause of the breakage. Hi Julia first off I love your videos and I’m very happy that you post one. Second off you were asking about this baby hair, so basically these are the hair that you lost and now they’re growing back, this little hair that you have up on your head are light and short so they easily curl and because of that you can see them very well (it’s not because of the high ponytail) I totally understand you because I have the same problem and I just use a little bit off hair gel to Silk all of these baby hair.
Your eyebrows looked fine.. I use Supergoop sunscreen too - I actually buy two and keep one at home and one in my bag since sunscreen only protects the skin for maybe two hours and you have to reapply. My favorite way of finding out about new products is from NY Magazine's The Strategist. They compile so many products and talk through why they like them and what they're good for (not just for skincare).
Fish keeper here- fin damage is usually sustained when they have stress of some kind which subsequently can cause disease like fin rot or could be from ammonia burns. Youd treat this with a substance called methylene blue. Some things that could be the cause: stress of travel incorrect water parameters: this could be pH, temperature or have something to do with the nitrogen cycle. Ammonia is highly toxic to fish, so please do make sure you look into the nitrogen cycle. live plants can help with this. another common thing that could be affecting the cycle in your tank is the way you do maintenance. make sure you're doing frequent enough water changes, that you're not washing out your gravel and filter under tap water. instead squeeze out the filter sponge out in old tank water and use a gravel siphon/gravel vac.
hi julia! to get the spf protection written on a sunscreen, it’s recommended to use the two finger method (so put sunscreen up and down two fingers and thats how much should go on the face) it just seemed like you used a pea sized amount so i thought i’d lyk (:

im pretty sure sushi would be less bored/anxious if he had a bigger tank with more things for him to play around and hide in! It could stop him from hurting himself like he did with his tail :)
Make sure when doing your skincare u use all the products separately. Like with the serums make sure u don’t use them at the same time, like use one then let it dry completely then use the other, and don’t mix sunscreen with moisturizer. By mixing things it makes them not work as well
to help sushi's tail i would recommend getting some fake plants made out of fabric or something softer than the plastic kind you have in there because those kind will rip his tail. For the baby hairs I think I have a recommendation I don’t know if it’s work for everyone but it’s the wax stick you can’t find it in Amazon it just makes the baby hair go down a little bit😊

If thats a betta fish then the jagged "cuts" on the fins is a sign that its unhealthy, stressed, or unwell. The tank seems really small for him. Maybe tweak your care for him a bit and research whats needed for bettas. A bigger tank may be needed, but ofc i dont know the dimensions of your current one. Happy bettas have beautiful frills without any cuts, while unhealthy ones have more strand-like fins that look very off.

My baby hairs do the same thing! I specifically had to wear headbands during practices because I would like I rubbed my head all over a balloon if not.
Hey Julia I remember in one of your videos you’ve been pointing out your hair sticking out (hair breakage) and in some other video I saw that you broke your nail(could be because of crackle nails) and I did a litlle research and found out you have low biotin level.. Edit: Okay nevermind I just found out how to help you eeek so some of the best sources of biotin include legumes,egg yolks,organ meats,nuts,seeds,mushrooms,avocados,yeast and sweet potatoes Other symptoms could also be hairloss,dry eyes,fatigue,crack corner of mouth,red eyes,dry scaly skin,.. Again though I am not a professional so I hope you’ll find the solution you need and that this helped a bit 💕

loved the routine but you need about 10x more sunscreen on your face and your neck!! (also your chest but honestly not even i do that). The amount you put on will do absolutely nothing for you in the future
