Hi We are thinking of going here with 3 kids and wanted to know about the pools? I have read from some reviews that the pool water is very cold? I wanted to see how you found the pool? Please let me know as soon as you can. THank You!
The pools weren’t heated but it didn’t matter to us because the weather was 29 degrees everyday and we found the pools refreshing to be honest. My kids were in them the whole day and no complaints. The jungle gym area was warmer.
@@brentsabourin4607I went there 2 weeks ago, honestly the buffet needs to change bc most of the time the food was cold and one time I ordered chicken tacos and it was still raw, but there breakfast was amazing, the Italian resturant as she mentioned in the video was ok, the steakhouse was really good, and the Mexican resturant was fire the fish there was amazing, other then that great resort I loved it the pools were great and staff were always welcoming and friendly
