Hi Marios, it really depends on the person and the seriousness of the stroke. For me, I started moving my leg muscles (the big ones) when they were teaching me how to walk again. So I was still in the hospital, like 1~2 weeks from my stroke? This does not mean I automatically picked up walking, but that is when the big muscles started moving. I hope I helped!
