Absolute 60 to 1 works phenomenal as a drying aid. I wash my car weekly and don't want to continually build up protection but also won't dry my car without a drying aid. Phenomenal Product

My tip...find a slippery coating and you may skip the drying aid. I applied Meguiar's Hybrid Paint coating and my car is a slip n slide now

@@matsudakodo I coated it with Gtechniq Ultra and topped it with Duraslic FlowX. It's incredibly slick but I also know how poor of a lubricant water is and that even quality drying towels can mare paint over time. I dry 97 percent of it with a heated car dryer. The few spots that need a towel get a few sprays into the towel and dried. It's definitely better than straight towel to water on the surface

I just used Hydra in 40 deg weather with full sun, I like it a lot. I find if it dries on the paint, it’s easier to remove the polymer spots than Absolute. I love the scent and lubrication of Absolute, though. They’re both enjoyable to use! There are so many great rinseless washes out now, it’s fun to try them.

Bought a 32 oz bottle of Absolute to test. Then bought 2 gallons of that magic sauce once my initial 32 oz was gone. I was super skeptical with rinseless. I use it on my ceramic coated Rx350 & LS500. Alternating between Dream Maker and Beadmaker as a drying aid is a really nice experience.

Very good review of rinseless washes. Rinseless is one of my favorite ways to wash my vehicles. I have most of these but not all. Didn't know that Oberk had a rinseless wash and I like the fact it comes with that extra bottle and sprayer for a quick detailer also. Absolute is one of the most unique for sure. I love it's scent but wish it had more of the lime part of it. I think it's a lime/coconut type of scent but it's still pretty good. ONR is still my top pick but I like all of them really.

My car is Cermaic coated. I’ve tried about 75% of what you listed. For me, I always go back to my favorite which is the 914. I rinseless wash at least once a week. 914 just works and where it really shines is the lack of dust my car will attract after. It also doesn’t leave my sponge looking disgusting and never leaves streaks. The difference in cleaning between all of them is minimal. Absolute was my least favorite, it’s just too thick and it leaves some type of residue behind. I know a lot of people are P&S fans and use Bead Maker or make “Clean Maker” But it doesn’t work for me. Initial gloss is great but short lived because of how much dust it attracts. I much prefer Shine Supply Throttle as my drying aid/final wipe because it leaves nothing behind and seems to attract less dust than anything I’ve used. I apply a ceramic booster every couple of months, Usually C2V3 and still wash with a bucket and soap monthly using CarPro Reset. I’ve seen a lot of people pushing Absolute and I don’t get it…

I'm way late to the party here but for those who do not return the microfiber towel to the clean wash bucket it doesn't matter whether you use a polymer or surfactant based RW. Just put several microfiber towels in your wash bucket and never return them to your wash bucket. You can fold them and have numerous clean sides. Just a suggestion to be able to try all the RW safely and not feel limited to a particular wash media due to the base of the RW. Happy rinsless washing folks!

You gotta try the Eco Wash from OP as well, the gloss , slickness enhancers of Absolute is a great idea but I think it should be geared towards guys who don’t wanna use a topper after. I have seen some SiO2 sprays not bond ( my fault for not using prep ) I do t like all these you have V2 of Hydra is better than V1 but V1 was good. But using a battery operated sprayer has changed how I do rinseless. I get cleaner panels that way. Uses more water but I like cleaner and anyone can get the sprayers at Harbor Freight.

Nice comparison. Interesting how people have different experiences. In Brian @ Apex Details review of Hydra, he commented that Hydra has way more lubrication and cleaning power than ONR…and that ONR is a dinosaur! He thinks Hydra walks the fine line of maxing out lubrication w/o leaving streaks. For PS Absolute, I’ve seen a number of people say they have problems with it being difficult to mix-it leaves chunks in the water bucket and you really have to agitate it to get it to emulsify. Yvan also made a swipe, potentially at this product, that new rinseless washes that aren’t properly emulsified are not good. I’ve also seen people say they have problems with Absolute streaking.

Someone did a test on all of them and ONR did the best by far in terms of protecting the paint & clearcoat. That was the only one that was invented by the scientist who invented clear coat for cars. Plus ONR has been around for over a decade so has years of proof that it works.

I saw that test, ONR kept the solution in the bucket cleaner than the others, it doesn’t protect the paint as well as the newer technology rinseless washes. Onr was invented by DR G but brought to mainstream acceptance by Ivan. Ivan now owns DIY Detail, he fixed what he saw as errors in ONR , and made his Rinseless the best. Give it or Absolute a try, you won’t be buying onr again.

@@havingtoomuchfun4806 - We must have watched a different video. The one I watched demonstrated ONR left zero scratches or marks, while the others did.

@@havingtoomuchfun4806 - Also Ivan is not a scientist and didn’t invent ONR, a scientist. Ivan is a salesman/businessman. He has his own RU-vid channel on how to make the most money in the detailing business. That’s why he’s been hired by so many companies to plug their products. The new ONR formulation was created by the same scientist.

I’ve tried all of the cleaning media, and the sponge made specifically for ONR works better than anything I’ve tried. Definitely worth the money for the sponge and lasts for years if your a professional detailer. If your an individual the sponge will probably last you forever.
