j9 less than 30 days old, my second one as the first One didn't work either. this one is clearly refurbished was dirty when I received it and this is the behavior I'm experiencing.
I have to say their customer support is sending me a new unit, very promptly after my ticket, so I have to tip my hat to their reaction time and methods.
