No voice lines for Rouge because no voice actress.
I've created a lot of Rouge models throughout the years, but the thing is that they don't fit each others styles too well when you try to put them together.
This is why I set out to create one universal Rouge model, that I could use in any type of animation I need to make.
I might make a video showcasing all the features this model has in the future.
