no because if you play promethean you're locked out of anything except fire monsters as special summon and it's the same for miragestallio if you tuto with him
On that last play when you summon the monster to opps field is there a reason you don’t ss princess from gy with her effect? Just to recover the monster to hand or it doesn’t lead to much better of a board or?
it's definely something that can be done, depends if you'd want to see salamangreat of fire in your hand for next turn or in your gy, totally up to your playstyle
@@Kiratwig2 I was talking more generally about different decks you showcase, not specifically Salamangreat. I think this is the first Salamgreat deck profile I've seen so didn't know you didn't run Almiraj.
He's hard to search, but seeing up to 2 of him in the hand is amazing. He's very cheap, and he's usually worth the space, but you don't need to run 3. IMHO he's been my favorite part of salad now, with Prometheus princess and pyro
@@twixtwix2915 I play horse, but you don't see him as much as you would like because usually weasel doesn't end up in your hand. You should only run max 2 weasals so you're not consistently top decking it. You don't search it with salamangreat of fire/lady debug because you need gazelle for spinny. After gazelle and spinny you make salad horse, and if you have a 3 star in hand you can summon you can use salad horse for weasal to make horse prince, but that's a big if. If you want to make horse prince consistently, you lose more cards to adding extra gas to make it work, than you would just playing another copy or 2 of code of soul
@@ayatokzorro you should never run 2 weasel 😂. If they hand trap you they hand trap you but you can probably chain block anyways so you should be fine. Also most people have no idea what salad does in this new format so they probably hand trap wrong and even if they don’t we brethren have plenty of extenders.
@@ayatokzorro you always search with fire off Stalio that’s why we run fire at all. Gazelle is at 3 so you almost never have to try to get to him anyways. In every conceivable way running more than one code is nonsensical especially because it takes so much non engine out which is the only reason to play salad. Side in called by and 3 cross out to avoid hand traps and the calamity that is nib.
